Please bring your family, pup, and friends to stay in our large home while exploring the space coast. Our home backs up to Malabar Sanctuary and has a large fenced grassy backyard with ultimate privacy, easy access to Malabar Scrub Sanctuary, and many paved mountain biking trails. Our yard has sprinklers that water the yard three times a week, so the grass remains green. Turkey Creek Sanctuary is adjacent and only a mile from the house. Turkey Creek, a nature lovers' creek empties into the Indian River intercoastal between land and the Atlantic Ocean. Paddleboard and kayak vendors are available to rent to families who want to experience nature. Just a few miles from our home is the Indian River between the mainland and the beaches. Several outdoor seating restaurants are lined up along the river/intercoastal. Drive fifteen minutes from our home and find yourself at Indian Atlantic Beach or Paradise Beach for a day of endless sand and ocean adventures. Visit the Kennedy Space Center, about 45 minutes away, or drive to Orlando for just over an hour and visit the theme parks. If you stand in our front yard on a clear rocket launching night, you will see the rocket shooting up with a burst of flames heading to outer space. Our home has a vast lanai looking out to the fenced private backyard. It is excellent for watching the kids play, letting your pup out, eating a nice dinner on the grill, or having that first cup of coffee with breakfast in the morning. No need to worry about pool safety; instead, spend a day at Palm Bay Aquatic Center, only 15 minutes away, or take the kids to Sebastion Inlet State Park for a day of calm swimming in ocean water without the waves. You will also find jet skis and fishing boat rentals along the intercoastal in Sebastion. Brevard Zoo offers a good break from sand and ocean adventures. Going Fishing? Many fishing options include deep-sea fishing and several famous lakes for freshwater fishing. If Golf is your thing, bring your golf partners and explore one of the many public courses in Brevard County, Florida. Our large home has a two-car garage and nearly 2200 sq feet of living space, not including the huge lanai. With four bedrooms, two family room spaces, large TVs, a large kitchen with a small kitchen table, a kitchen bar with three stools, and a formal dining room seating eight, your group has plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is large and has many small appliances; it is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and new major appliances. You can enjoy preparing meals at home or eating out at many restaurants enhanced with a unique ambiance just five minutes from the house. Brevard County enjoys low restaurant food and drink prices compared to the rest of the US. We provide six bikes of various sizes for your enjoyment. The home is on a quiet street near the cul-de-sac, so there is no need to worry about heavy traffic or your kids playing outside near the road. Kids can easily bike in the neighborhood, and there are sidewalks around the neighborhood streets to safely walk FIDO. Since the home is ceramic/porcelain tiled in every room, Fido is welcome, and there is a large laundry room separated by a half bath leading out to the main area. The laundry room has a door leading to the outside and is a perfect area to keep FIDO in a crate while out on adventures and to let FIDO out to the fenced backyard in the mornings. Although our home is not a high-rise hotel overlooking the ocean, you can't beat the convenience of many attractions, including the sea, the comforts of home, or the cost savings considering the accommodations and food expenses for a family. Plus, don't forget FIDO!
