Excellent accommodations, well located with easy access to LBI, and with all the modern amenities that you’d want. Our family especially appreciated the backyard patio with view on the waterway! And the host Felisa was gracious and very helpful.

Felisa our host was helpful before and so nice and accommodating during our stay. The home was perfect for our group of 7 and the first floor bedroom and step in shower were both perfect for my 91 year old mom. Everyone in our group commented how super comfy the beds and pillows were. The kitchen was so nicely provisioned with lots of coffee pods, and things you don’t normally see in a rental like plastic storage containers, pantry items, and a great collections of mugs, pots and pans, and helpful gadgets. Highly recommended this home to anyone visiting Manahawkin!

My husband and I have always lived near the water—it’s where we feel most at peace. These days, it’s just the two of us and our dogs now that our son lives up in Boston (sorry but we can’t rent to pets; one dog has an averse reaction). We spend a lot of time at this home, and it’s more than just a rental to us—it’s a place we come to slow down and reconnect. One of my favorite things to do is sit out back with a cup of coffee and watch the waterfowl float by. We’ve tried to create a space that’s comfortable, easy, and ready for real downtime. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We love that Beach Haven West offers the best of both worlds—peace and quiet when you want it, local shops and amenities, and easy access to LBI when you’re ready for restaurants, beaches, or more to do. The lagoon is calm and inviting, and the neighbors are families that are friendly but low-key. It’s the kind of place where mornings are slow and evenings are breezy—just how we like it.
