From your large patio, you have direct views of the pool! This unit features 2 bedrooms for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. This condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom, bunk bed with added trundle bed in the guest bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental.

Ariel Dunes 2 is located in the center of the 300 acre Seascape Resort on the beach and without all of the road noise.  The rear of the building has spectacular view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course and Choctawhatchee Bay and the front of the building is facing the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.  Ariel Dunes 2 has 3 large private pools.  One of the pools is heated during the off season.  Another one is a zero entry pool.  The spectacular amenities include 2000 feet of private beach, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, water sports rental, bike rentals, and room service from the Cabana Café.    Or you can dine beach side at Whale’s Tail Bar & Grill just right across the street.
The new Seascape Towne Center is located within the Seascape Resort and features shopping, dining, games, and live entertainment.  This 55,000 square foot lakeside development was designed for the whole family.  The kids can enjoy the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, events plaza, laser tag, and arcade.  Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach has everything you need right here on site!

If shopping is in your vacation plans then look no further!  The Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer outlet with over 100 name brand stores, is located just 1.5 miles from Ariel Dunes.  Or you can check out the Grand Boulevard Town Center.  It is a high end retail shopping center located just 3 miles down the Emerald Coast Parkway from the Ariel Dunes.  Retailers such as Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Tommy Bahama, and Vineyard Vines among many others are located there.  Grand Boulevard also has many eateries in its pedestrian friendly atmosphere, like P.F. Chang’s, Emeril’s, and Flemming’s.  There are many other nearby complexes such as Destin Commons, which include restaurants and shopping.  If you are looking to take in a movie, there is also the Boulevard 10 Movie Theater located in the Grand.
