Charmant 2BR / 2BA unité en bord de mer avec une vue relaxante sur le golfe à l'île ECHOS! Maintenant, avec WIFI sécurisé et laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo. Ce condo est situé au 3ème étage et offre une vue magnifique sur l'île d'Okaloosa. Pas de location mensuelle dans cette unité, s'il vous plaît. La cuisine, les sols carrelés et les touches architecturales lui confèrent une atmosphère plus classique et moderne. Avec un très grand lit dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon, cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à six vacanciers..

The third floor condo is a gem, it's got all the amenities one would need while taking a break from reality to spend time in paradise. 3L has it all and we're so glad you enjoyed staying here. The view was perfect. The beach was beautiful. However, the condo is outdated. The living room area rug was so disgustingly dirty. It was stained, filthy & matted. The carpet in the bedrooms were exactly the same. Stained, matted & dirty. There is no way these carpets were shampooed recently. The “complimentary” RUSTED beach chair in the condo was SO bad I second guessed bringing it down to the beach but I did & it broke to pieces so I gathered all the rusted broken pieces and brought it back up to the condo to its place in the closet.The coffee pot was new & it worked great! I wouldn’t stay here again especially with the filthy carpet. It really was nasty.

Unit does have too much furniture and decoration that limits movement. Dishwasher works great but needs to be cleaned- definite odor in the appliance.

The unit was clean and equipped with most kitchen utensils, however no extra condiments of any kind. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Spring break

It was a great stay. The condo was ready earlier than stated and had great communication on how to access the gates, building and room. The condo was very clean. The only criticism I would have is that the beds aren’t as comfortable as I would have liked. They are very bouncy and firm. And if you like heavier blankets when you sleep you may want to bring your own. Beds only had sheets and a very light top blanket. Neither of these issues would have made me change my mind about renting however! Thanks for a great vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time I've used Brooks and Storey for rentals in this complex and they did not disappoint. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is over the pool so if the sound of kids having a ball bothers you, you may want to reconsider this one. The only issue I encountered was the internet was too sporadic for me to use for work stuff. The hotspot on my phone covered this but it could cause others problems and it is unit-specific. I've stayed in other units in this complex with zero internet issues.
