Seascape est l'un des dĂ©veloppements originaux de Destin et dispose de 4 chalets situĂ©s autour du terrain de golf Seascape dans un cadre magnifique. Cette unitĂ© est au niveau infĂ©rieur en face de l'Ă©tang sur le parcours de golf et il est Ă  seulement 6 minutes Ă  pied (3/10 d'un mile ou probablement 400 mĂštres) de la belle plage de Destin. Le condo est idĂ©al si vous recherchez un cadre paisible et relaxant tout en Ă©tant Ă  quelques minutes de toute l'action. Assis sur le porche le matin en face du grand Ă©tang Seascape et prendre votre cafĂ© ou thĂ© le matin est extrĂȘmement relaxant et paisible ou faites une courte promenade jusqu'Ă  la plage pour profiter du lever du soleil sur l'eau. La piscine, la pataugeoire et 2 courts de tennis en terre battue (vous devez vous inscrire au magasin pro pour jouer sur les courts et il y a des frais) sont directement derriĂšre l'unitĂ© dans le triangle qui compose environ 20 bĂątiments qui abritent chacun 4 unitĂ©s . L'unitĂ© a une chambre principale avec un lit king size plus deux chambres supplĂ©mentaires (une avec 2 lits superposĂ©s pour 4 personnes et une avec 2 lits simples). Il a une belle cuisine mise Ă  jour, un petit-dĂ©jeuner ou une salle Ă  manger avec un mur peint de la plage, un salon confortable et un patio avec une balançoire. Il y a une unitĂ© de laveuse / sĂ©cheuse Ă  piĂšces juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la porte pour les 4 unitĂ©s dans le bĂątiment. Cette unitĂ© est le meilleur des deux mondes en ce que vous pouvez choisir des activitĂ©s ou choisir de vous dĂ©tendre et de vous dĂ©tendre.

Loved our Home Away from Home

We were able to book the same place as last year and the owner is so easy to communicate with and the layout was perfect for us again. We enjoyed the location being near our favorite restaurant Acme & being able to rent a gold cart for easier access to the beach.

Another great stay

This is the second time we have visited this rental. Sharon is wonderful to work with and super accommodating. The unit is close to the beach and has lots of amenities around it. It’s the perfect place for family.

Fun Family Getaway!

This property is all about the location. Pools, beach, golf, pickle ball, restaurants, etc. The unit offers everything you need, and we wouldn't have a problem booking with Sharon again. Great weekend getaway at the beach!

Perfect Beach Decor

This condo was just as described. The decor made us feel Like we were on the beach! Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was responsive upon asking any questions. Beds were comfy and the ac worked great! Very pleased with our stay.

Great location

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is in the perfect location, clean and has everything we needed. We loved having extra towels to last us the entire week. We loved that we were able to drive to a parking area just for seascape guests, unload and walk directly to the beach. The pool is very clean and our kids had a great time swimming! Tons of restaurants and shopping near by. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place!

Location was amazing, seaside resort, the pools, the lake, and an extra parking lot so you don’t have to walk. The price was very reasonable! Owner is very nice! The condo was definitely worth it but it could use some few small updates, the toaster didn’t work, bathroom needs some maintenance and few other minor things. But overall, would book again!!

Wonderful place

What a great condo!Pictures were outdated and didn’t do it justice. Nice granite countertops with huge peninsula with 4 bar stools. Very spacious and fit our family of 8 wonderfully! Pickleball/pool in back of condo. Had a whole shed of beach chair,toys,umbrella and bikes. The host was prompt with getting back to some questions. Was very friendly! Great week with great accommodations!

Escape To The Beach

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. My kids (14-24) loved the pickle ball courts behind the condo, but unfortunately were only able to enjoy them a couple of days due to resurfacing. I was unaware that we would be required to provide our own toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc
.as this has always been provided in the other rental properties we have used. The walk was a bit more than 5 minutes from the beach, but walking was doable for our crew. Thankfully the entrance back onto the resort had outdoor showers. We enjoyed Two Birds Coffee and Cafe, Mezcal and Thrills Laser Tag which are on the resort property. The beach was crystal clear and not overly crowded. We did have an issue with the cable connection and Sharon responded, but it took a day. We enjoyed our escape to the beach and wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely return.

Felt mislead for sure

The pictures make it look like the access points to the beach are much closer than they really are. The are very inconvenient to say the least. It’s a much much farther walk than we have had in the past and the pictures are deceiving. Even the pool is a decent walk away not where we can even step out and see the kids. The grills are placed in very weird places as well so it’s hard to grill out with the only picnic table so far away from our condo. We made it work just a heads up for others. The part of the beach we were allowed to set up on was packed with the ordered umbrellas (they took priority and would move yours even if you were there first)so we were 3 rows deep the entire beachfront which meant you couldn’t even see the water hardly let alone get easy access. The condo was ok at first glimpse but the pans/utensils were very greasy and rusty. It definitely wasn’t clean clean (dark cobwebs all over and hairs in tubs stuff spilled on wall by your head in master bed) I cleaned it myself so it wasn’t a huge deal just irritating and unexpected. The guest bath had standing water the entire time you are in it too so the sand/salt is still on your feet. Not near enough towels or wash rags for the amount of people that are allowed to stay. Then one roll of toilet paper in 3 bathrooms for a week for 6-8people is crazy. Had to go buy a lot of things including towels and wash rags kitchen pans etc to make it work but we did. Over all it wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed at but it definitely wasn’t the best. We won’t stay here again simply because of how far away it is from the beach and access points. The walk across the pond is very far away so that’s not accurate and the walk over the road is also very far away. Your easiest access point in through the very stinky bar and grill. I did have a very good experience with the owner though. The disposal went out the first day and she had them there in no time and it was replaced. Then the AC went out one evening and she was on it as soon as she could so we were only without air for about 12 hours. So her responsiveness was nice. Just a heads up for future renters

One of the best trips ever!

Upon arriving, everything went so smooth. From check in to check out! The living room is so spacious, my friends and I were able to all hang out in the living room together!! The kitchen is beautiful and was so clean upon our arrival! The bathrooms and beds were amazing! This weekend was a special one! There were multiple pools on site and they were easily accessible and just a short walk away! Plus the beach was only about a 2-3 minute drive! We had such an enjoyable stay! PLUS.. the patio was just the cherry on top of our stay! It was so nice having a swing and the space was big enough for everyone to hang out outside! 10/10 recommend this condo!!!

Great Place!

This was a beautiful and spacious condo. The resort was very nice, friendly and clean. Walking to the beach was not far yet reserved. I would definitely recommend this rental and will/would stay again. I did not bring my kids on this trip with me however on the next trip I will and would love to rent this place again as it was open and kid friendly.

Amazing beach condo

This condo was perfect for our stay! Great location to the water. Very clean and beautiful. It was a 5 min walk around the lake to the beach or we drove and parked in a lot across from the beach. It was perfect! Great price also!
