This getaway has an envied location looking onto New Smyrna's non-driving beach. When you aren't sipping wine on the fourth-floor balcony, you'll love unwinding in the condo's airy, relaxed interior. Surprise your family (up to 6 guests!) with a vacation full of stunning views and unforgettable memories.

The condo greets vacationers with a jaw-dropping view of the waves. As the condo is a corner unit, you can see miles of sandy beach from nearly every room. Light walls and tile flooring create the perfect contrast to the blue scenery outdoors.

While New Smyrna Beach is filled with plenty of amazing restaurants, you'll love the occasional evening in making a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and two fantastic views of the shore. This space is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also well-stocked with cooking essentials and a Keurig coffee maker. You and yours can gather for dinner at the nearby table for six.

After long afternoons spent on the beach, you'll be ready to stretch out in the inviting living room. This space is furnished with a chaise sectional, loveseat, and a large Smart TV. You can simultaneously relax to the sight of the sea and your favorite shows playing via cable or streaming service apps.

Those that love spending every moment in the sunshine can kick back on the furnished balcony. The balcony has a bird's eye view of the complex grounds, beach access, and NSB's non-driving shore. We recommend drinking your morning cup of coffee here as it has a front row seat to the oceanfront sunrise.

At the end of each day, you'll find a light and airy bedroom awaiting you. The primary bedroom hosts a king bed, Smart TV, and a gorgeous ocean view. Adjoining the bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of bath towels.

As you enjoy a luxurious 8+ hour rest, the others in your group will have a great night's sleep in the second bedroom. This bedroom hosts a queen and a twin bunk bed. Guests can use the nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable TV, streaming service apps, a Keurig coffee maker, a pack & play crib, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, and one assigned parking spot.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

You'll be just as happy inside a Sea Coast Gardens Condo as outside. Inside you'll find beautiful one- and two-bedroom accommodations. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
