Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens II Unit 303, better known as “Our Happy Place Too”. This beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom direct ocean front unit is designed to maximize your vacation experience and provide all that you will need to make memories that will last a lifetime. The condo underwent major renovations in 2020. Under new ownership since January 2023, all the furnishings and décor have been updated.

The living room is tropical and stylish and includes a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. It features a brand new 55” Roku Smart TV along with an upgraded cable package as well as a DVD player. In the entertainment center, you will find videos and board games for family fun time. There is also a small library with books that will interest readers of all ages.

The updated kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking utensil you could possibly need including all new tableware, cups, and glasses. It has been reconfigured for a more open feel with a beautiful ocean view to take in while preparing meals. Guests are welcomed with a complementary bottle of Prosecco in the wine cooler. The dining room table and chairs can accommodate up to six people.

The primary suite is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a king size bed, 47” LED Smart TV, and an incredible ocean view. The ensuite bathroom has been completely remodeled and includes a luxurious shower to wash away any stress you may have brought with you from home.

The second bedroom has been completely updated with new paint, furniture, bedding, and a brand new 43” Roku Smart TV. The second bathroom was remodeled and features a tub/shower so the little ones can enjoy bath time after a long day on the beach. The entire unit has been restocked with all new linens and towels.

The balcony is a second living room with a “million-dollar view”. The space is comfortably furnished with a couch, two chairs, and a table. This is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee while watching our magnificent Atlantic Ocean sunrise. Curl up with a good book in the afternoon. Or in the evening relax and unwind under the stars to the feel of ocean breezes and the sounds of waves upon the shore.

For “fun in the sun” time guests are provided beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. Also included are boogie boards as well as beach toys and games for the whole family to enjoy. By the time your vacation comes to an end, “Our Happy Place Too”, will be your happy place, too!

Established in 1973, the complex comprises 85 units each in Sea Coast Gardens II and III.
