Just blocks from the heart of downtown Pensacola, a comfortable retreat where classic architecture meets contemporary design. Whether you're here for a romantic retreat or a solo escape, this Suite offers an unforgettable Pensacola experience.



The Space:

This is the largest first-floor Suite. It has a private porch, full kitchen, and private bath. Our suite is housed in the historic Kelley House, a landmark property that has been thoughtfully updated to retain its original character while offering all the modern amenities you need. Expect a seamless mix of restored hardwood floors, period-inspired furnishings, and a sophisticated design that honors the past.

Just steps from downtown Pensacola, you’ll be immersed in the vibrant culture, dining, and shopping options that make this area so special. Pensacola Beach is just a short 10-minute drive away, so you can easily enjoy the coast whenever you like. Old East Hill Historic District!



Getting Around:

We have bikes on site for our guests. Palafox St is walkable for most guests.

To maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our space, we are unable to accommodate pets. A $200 fee will apply if this policy is not observed. We appreciate your understanding! For a peaceful and serene experience, this suite is designed exclusively for adults.

This is an absolutely beautiful space! I was traveling solo and was only there for a couple of nights, but it was extremely clean and well equipped. Because it is an old historical home, sound definitely travels so pack some ear buds to block noise from others staying in other units in the home. I felt very safe there which is huge for a single female traveling alone. I would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a place in Pensacola definitely check this place out. Conveniently located in the East Hill Historical District which is close to everything. The room, suite #1, sleeps 2, and has full kitchen. The property also has bikes you can borrow. Very clean

Amazing, one of a kind apartment with southern charm and historical touches. This place was so cute that I asked to buy my rental. Perfect location to explore Pensacola. The place was fully equipped… I needed for nothing. I will return to rent when I visit my Navy son again. Thanks Nannette and her team. Beautiful property.

Very nice & cute! It was a lot larger than I was expecting. Nice fully equiped kitchen. Two entrances. You park on 7th street side same as the private entrance. I know we had neighbors but the noise was minor. Decorations were nice. AC worked great. Neighborhood seemed friendly & safe. We will rent again.Few minor improvements would be to add USB outlets to the electrical plugs throughout the house. Add a box of tissues. Trim the bushes! Rugs need some adhesive to attach the rugs to wood floor. The rugs are a bit slippery. Check the spelling of the note in the bathroom. Great place!Missouri-Florida

Greet lil’ gem in historic Pensacola

Nice location. This lil’ gem was perfect for a quiet getaway, close to several beaches, the supermarket and a great lil’ patio restaurant- Gaby’s. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. ‘Would definitely consider staying again some time.

This suite was simply picturesque!!! It was even better than the pictures! Every detail was thought of! We didn't walk anywhere because I am 8 mknths pregnant but the downtown area was a quick drive and we felt very centrally located. Highly recommend!

Historic with charm. Very glad we opted to stay at the Kelly House among all the options available. Hope all the guest that follow treat the house with respect and courtesy, so everyone who chooses to stay there can enjoy the charm for a long time. Great Pensacola Location

The unit was exactly as described and was very comfortable & clean. The location is great. So close to downtown but in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants, beaches, etc. we will definetly stay here again on our next trip.
