Cottage moderne dans l'historique East Hill

Niché dans une arriÚre-cour ombragée, notre chalet de 600 pieds carrés est situé dans l'un des plus anciens quartiers de Pensacola avec des maisons pittoresques et de nombreux parcs. (apportez vos chaussures de course) Il est idéalement situé à l'aéroport (5 miles), au centre-ville de Pensacola (3 miles) et à nos belles plages de sable blanc (8 miles). Une nouvelle épicerie Publix vient d'ouvrir trois pùtés de maisons!
Notre chalet a une cuisine pleine grandeur mais la meilleure pizzeria de Pensacola est Ă  distance de marche.

Ray came out to the car and helped me carry in my luggage and he made sure I knew how to lock and unlock the door. It is in a pretty setting with plenty of outside lights to be able to see in the dark. It is close to everything. I look forward to my next visit.

The two most important factors I consider when booking a stay are safety and cleanliness of the home, and this home exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was the home exceptionally clean and located in a safe area, but Carolyn and Ray were truly outstanding hosts. They were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help or provide anything we might need, however, his home was stocked with anything imaginable that you might need. We rented a car and the home was conveniently located close to attractions and sightseeing, making it easy to explore the area. This is a place I would confidently recommend to anyone visiting Pensacola, Florida, and I would gladly stay here again.

The cottage is immaculately clean and well equipped. It is located in a very good area and central to many things in Pensacola. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. We would love to stay again next year.

Cute, functional Cottage

Adorable Cottage on a Beautiful property in East Hill. This cottage had everything you need in a kitchen with all new appliances, a functional living space, comfy bedroom and full bathroom. Great location to get around the area, a Publix within walking distance and downtown Pensacola and the bridge to Gulf Breeze & beaches 2 minutes drive.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Carolyn and Ray were top notch hosts with anything and everything we could have needed. We took a trip to the beach and they allowed us use of an umbrella and chairs and even offered a cooler! Overall, the cottage has been our best VRBO experience.

Ray and I downsized and moved to the East Hill in 2000 and love the convenience and charm of this neighborhood.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Note the word downsize. I love our 1921 Craftsman bungalow but the house is small-especially when family comes to visit. We downsized a bit too much so we built the small cottage in the background for overflow company. This has worked out well since they get their privacy and we have a retreat from the grandkids.
