This beautiful condo that sleeps up to 8 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bunk alcove with 2 full-size beds (each with a built-in tv! ), and a sleeper sofa with a full-size mattress. It's located on the 8th floor so you'll enjoy incredible ocean views. And the amenities at the Grand Panama Resort make it perfect for a relaxing getaway or fun family vacation.


- A paved walkway for easy access to 650 feet of white sand beach.
- Two resort heated pools with hot tubs, kiddie pool, and picnic grill areas.
- A poolside bar and grill, fitness center, general store, coffee/ice cream shop, and covered parking.
- Conveniently located in central Panama City Beach just down the road from Pier Park and close to great restaurants like FireFly, Saltwater Grill, Pineapple Willy’s, Capt. Andersons, and Triple J’s Steakhouse.


The condo unit has everything to make your stay great. A beautiful balcony, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, free wi-fi, and 5 smart tv's with Disney+/Netflix included.


- Kids will love sleeping in the alcove with 2 full-size bunk beds(each w/its own built-in TV).
- Both the master and guest bedrooms have attached bathrooms and smart TVs.
- The large balcony has relaxing patio furniture and a table—perfect for morning coffee or a sunset dinner.
- The kitchen is stocked for you to blend up a beverage, brew coffee in the Keurig, throw dinner in the crockpot, air fryer, or use the electric countertop grill. And the dishwasher is brand new!

We loved our stay! The beachfront location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. The condo was set up great for our family and had everything we needed. The extra beach amenities — beach chairs and sand toys — and the in-unit washer and dryer were such a bonus. Friendly hosts, too! We would definitely stay here again.

We woke up to hearing the waves! So peaceful. Our condo overlooked the beach and pool/hot tub. Saw dolphins this morning! Entire place was just what we needed. Plenty of comfy beds. There were only 4 of us but more could fit easily.

The nicest property we’ve stayed in at the Grand Panama. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Great pool and beach! Everything we needed for a perfect family get away!

Thunder Beach May 2023

The condo was beautiful and had a home like feel. It was perfect for our stay. The location from the parking garage to the room was convenient. The pools were amazing. We will definitely stay here again. Treat yourself and family to this clean, refreshing condo and enjoy the large balcony and it’s comfortable patio furniture.

WOW! This was the best VRBO experience we have had. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well decorated and furnished. The resort was well maintained and staffed. Neica was always prompt and friendly with communication. We definitely will stay here again when we visit PCB.

The condo was exactly described and looked just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities you need, gorgeous balcony with stunning views, the pool and beach steps away. What more do you need! The hostess was very prompt and accommodating! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
