Just two-and-a-half miles east of downtown and next to the University of Arizona in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood, this charming bungalow, built in 1929, offers updated features and amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay for you and your guests. Inside, prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dine together at the table for six, and then relax in the front living area and channel surf on the TV.

Watch the world go by from your front porch, or enjoy the desert climate on the back patio. Additional amenities include complimentary internet access, a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms to help with remote work or schooling, and a private washer/dryer to let you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Mountain biking weekend

The house is in a central location and great part of town with easy access to restaurants and the mountains. The house was more than comfortable for three with nice backyard patio to relax and sip wine.

Great location. Well appointed. Grey. This home is in an excellent location, Sam Hughes neighborhood, walking distance to U of A. The home is well appointed with everything you could need during a visit. The management is very responsive. The water and ice dispenser wasn't working, weirdly, in the fridge, and they quickly provided bottled water and a bag of ice for our stay, thank you! On the other hand, the house decore is very grey, clean and tidy mind you, but quite grey everywhere, it could use some personality and color. We also noticed a strange odor to the house, and we couldn't quite place it, like a faint mold, sewer, or just an off odd smell. We did report it, and hopefully they figure out what that is.

Great location for exploring Tucson

We stayed in this house for 4 days while visiting friends and touring Tucson. The location is central and we were able to get around town with little problem. The house is comfortable and well supplied. We'd happily stay here again.

This home was spotless! Updated amenities, large stocked kitchen and two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Couldn't have been better!

Close to campus

House as expected. Comfortable location for a UofA college visit. Walked to. Basketball game. I’d rather communicate through VRBO than Vacasa who manages it. That added an extra layer.

Great Location, Bad Management

Really cool location, decent house, and affordable. There was no toilet paper in the house and the staff said they wouldn’t stock it, which is probably the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered at a vacation property. Overall communication with management was bad and had to go through some offshore service center before the local manager could be reached.

Very pleasant stay

We overall liked the house a lot. As it is close to U of A, the owners have probably enough guests but that shouldn t prevent them to put a little more ‘love’ in some decoration details. The backyard was not very inviting. Could be a bit more on the homey side and cleaner. The AC was also very loud..but you can t probably change a lot there. The windows could also be cleaner. Finally some of the kitchen utensils were not very clean but after a wash or two it was ok. The kitchen was very well equipped though 👍that was great. one can really cook in that kitchen. All in all as I said the house was very pleasant but small details on the decoration and cleanness could be enhanced.

Beautiful home walking distance to the U of A campus. The location was perfect for dining and shopping. Both the front porch and back patio are great for sitting outside depending on where the sun was. The furniture and fixtures are all updated with very nice linens. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Only downsides were that none of the outlets in the bathrooms seemed to work so I couldn't do my hair.

Great for us!

Was a great location for us since we needed to be close to U of A. Also close to downtown, and easy walk to places to eat or short drive. House was very clean and checkin/check out was a breeze.
