This property is located just two blocks from the University of Arizona and McKale Center. The parking is free and a designated parking space #1 is provided with one parking pass provided for free for front curbside parking.
Enjoy the nearby shopping and proximity to other attractions, such as the Tucson Convention Center, Fox Theater and many outdoor activities like trail hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, and much more.
Enjoy great outdoor weather throughout most of the year in the Old Pueblo and you might want to try some of our local craft-made beers and spirits or the many other local activities and attractions throughout the year in the Old Pueblo for everyone to enjoy.
This property is located just two blocks from the University of Arizona and McKale Center. Enjoy great outdoor weather throughout most of the year, local craft beer and spirits, and many local activities in the Old Pueblo to enjoy.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a king size bed and third bedroom has a full size bed.
The additional parking pass is inside the house. Before checking out return the parking pass. If the parking pass is lost, broken or is not returned a replacement fee will be charged to you in the amount of $200.

Great place, we wanted something close to the U of A arena and this was very walkable even in the rain. We had some mixups on the communication but Marcus was easily reached and very responsive. Clean and nice firm beds. Pleased with this rental. No hair dryer available.

My family has stayed here more than once. The value and location can't be beat. The convenience of walking to the football stadium, McKale arena, and campus is what keeps us coming back!

Close to Campus

We were easily able to walk to campus for my son's wheelchair basketball tournament. We enjoyed the convenience of the parking spaces and plenty of room for all six of us in the house. We would stay here again.

Convenient to U of A

It's a nice property that was convenient to the University. The hot water in the shower took a while to heat up, but was adequate. I would stay there again.

Not very clean

Not clean and was asked to sweep. Not typical. Doors to bathrooms wouldn’t close completely. Got locked from inside of one of the bedrooms had to have someone open the door from outside of bedroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t open. Bedroom sheet’s didnt feel clean or washed and smelled.
