PARKING: There is one street-specific parking pass in the casita on the built-in shelves in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dashboard or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 2nd Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

Walking distance to coffee shops, pizza, city bikes, University Boulevard, bars, and convenience stores.

LAUNDROMAT: The home does NOT have a laundry room (washer or dryer), but a laundromat is just a 3-minute drive away, quite close if needed.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have bedding ready for your stay.

This was a perfect place for our stay. It was clean, the hosts were attentive and it had all amenities we needed. It was also within walking distance to the U of A, restaurants, stores and the tram.

This was a homey place to spend a week while in town to do some work at University of Arizona. The location was great, in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy walking access to groceries, plenty of restaurants, and the university. Everything was nicely done inside. I hope to stay here again during my next work visit!

Close to UofA Campus

Overall, pleasant stay! Very convenient during graduation visit.Some suggestions: Bathroom sink difficult to use/not functional and not attractive/was old. No shelves in bathroom to put toothbrush, toiletries, etc. A mirror for shorter people or full length mirror. A Kuerig coffee maker would be a nice addition. A water filter in the fridge would been nice too. Add blanket for the living room couch/bed.

Long weekend in Tucson

We had a great time! The neighborhood is so fun. The unit is just two blocks from Time Market which we highly recommend for food and coffee. The house was clean and cozy and well equipped.

Vacation in Tucson

Place was excellent for our stay in Tucson. Quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to the restaurants near the college. Sofa bed was a plus. Would definitely rent from Todd again.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay. Very relacing and charming. Walkable to everything one needs/wants. Love this neighborhood! Hosts were very accommodatibg and kind. Smooth and easy check-in and great communication! Highly recommend!

Sweet casita, great location.

Cute casita in a great location. Walking distance to fun shops and dining. Todd was great. For some odd reason my reservation didn’t show in the VRBO system so we likely needed a bit of extra hand holding but the owners were very nice and accommodating. Nice experience. Good value.

Tuscon vacation
