HI Melissa- Sorry about the remotes, while I cannot control where guests leave the remotes I can label them and ask housekeeping to make sure they are in the correct rooms. Regarding the wines. Our listing mentions an additional $per wine. Moving forward, I will also put a sign near the wines (thanks for that suggestion). Not sure why the TVs were unplugged. I'll ask the housekeepers to check for that after each cleaning. The bunk beds were separated (at the request of a previous guest) I've since put one bunk bed back together so the TV is clearly visible from both beds. One room remains with separate beds as it seems that's what guests prefer. (ps. it's proving to be very difficult to please all guests).
