With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool and hot tub, games room in the garage, dock, and access to the community boat ramp, this vacation rental makes it easier than ever to get out on the water. Adventure waits around every corner.

THE 4th BEDROOM IS IN THE STUIO APARTMENT, NOT IN THE MAIN HOUSE. THE STUDIO APARTMENT ALSO INCLUDES ITS OWN KITCHENETTE (No Stove or microwave), LIVING AREA, AND WASHROOM.

1700 Sq Feet is the main home which is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a separate Studio Apartment that is about 500 Sq Feet, which is the 4th bedroom. Included in the studio is a living room area, the 3rd bathroom and a kitchenette.

Head to the coast with family or friends and stay at this inviting home near excellent local restaurants, beautiful beaches, and exciting opportunities for outdoor exploration!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Heated pool, Hot Tub, Propane BBQ, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler bag, 3 kayaks, life vests, pool toys, private dock to launch kayaks, bistro set, outdoor dining table, fire pit.

- Lots of Sun in the pool area in the this South Facing Home.

Boat and Boat Lift are NOT included. Boat Lift can NOT be used during stay. You can launch your boat 5 minutes away. There is an area for tying your boat - you will need to be mindful of low tides if applicable.

Very Nice home with great views of the bay. Close drive to the stump pass beach, where we found over 300 shark teeth! The pool during the day and fire pit at night made for a great relaxing experience. The Host was very friendly and a quick communicator. 10/10 recommend

Amazing view and location - great value

My family and i enjoyed our stay and plan to return next December Home had everything we needed. Close to everything and such an incredible view of lemon bay - got to see dolphins from the home too! Highly recommend!

Location is absolutely perfect for boating and beaches! View is amazing! Pool was perfect after all day boating and beaching. This is Second time we rented this house and owner has made a few upgrades which really helped out in the stay. Will definitely rent this home again, super easy access to all of Englewood. Highly recommend!

Englewood Memorial Vacation

We booked this stay to come to Englewood to do a memorial service for my Father. This property was perfect for our family. The heated pool entertained the kiddos, the hot tub was great for the adults and we even saw dolphins! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this home and had a fabulous stay! There was plenty of space for all 6 of us but we spent most of our days on the deck/pool/firepit area, enjoying the view (we saw dolphins every day but one and one of them was less than 10 yards from the wall). Having access to the kayaks was fantastic, they were used several days as well. We had a very minor maintenance issue on evening and Amelia/Joe had it taken care of by the next morning. The location was great - only an easy mile ride to the beach and we visited Landy's next door for meals/drinks a couple times during the week. Would definitely book again!

Very Nice Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much and found the home to be nicer than we anticipated. The property owners were wonderful and very responsive, the house is very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas and found the game room to be a very nice addition.

Great location and Very relaxing!

Awesome location, stayed for a week and saw dolphins and manatees everyday off the back deck. Perfect for boating quik access to stump pass. House has amazing views, very relaxing and pool was perfect. Homeowner was very responsive and even let us check in early. Home was clean and accommodated our entire family from all ages. Overall would definitely rent this home again!

Everything at our fingertips, like a private resort to ourselves

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed and had great communication with our host. We got to enjoy a lot of things as a family, - loved the games room and the pool. The view is beautiful, enjoyed many dinners on the balcony and the view from the hot tub and pool was everything we hoped. Proximity to the beach is perfect - just a 4 minute drive and we walked a few times. definite 5 star place.

Great Getaway

Beautiful house with so many spots to enjoy the outdoors. Whether it was on the deck area outside the kitchen, the huge pool area or the game room, there were multiple places to chill and just be. The entire process from check in to check out was seamless. There was a tropical storm during the first few days of our trip and they checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were doing okay. Such excellent hospitality. I hope to be able to stay here again very soon. It is rare that I can totally relax somewhere, but was able to here.

Excellent for Exploring Englewood

This house was perfect for a week of exploring the area by foot, bike, car, and/or boat. I ran 1.5 miles to the beach each morning with a safe, gorgeous view over the bridge to Manasota Key. Location couldn’t have been better for everything - grocery store and ice cream shop were less than 5 mins away. We explored by boat and paddle board every day. The waters are gorgeous and Stump Pass and the pass to the Gulf aren’t far. The views while cooking and eating were so nice - always a dolphin or a bird. We enjoyed the screened in pool (with tons of toys!) and the outdoor seating by the waters edge. The house is stocked with all the basics. Beds and sheets were comfy. Plenty of beach towels. The teenage boys loved having their own house (aka the apartment). A bonus, Amelia was very accommodating and super responsive. We loved staying here for the week.

We love this property!! Our family vacations here as often as we can. We enjoy being on the bay - it's like living on top of the water. Feels like a resort!!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

One of our favourite things to do is go for a sunset kayak and enjoy the quiet and the beautiful sky.

We also enjoy kayaking when the dolphins are out fishing right in front of our property. We usually see them a couple hours before sunset and also throughout the
day.
