Situé à proximité de la plage de Manasota à seulement 0,6 km à pied ou à 8,8 km de la plage, un terrain d'un demi-acre remodelé en 2014 avec un court de tennis privé et une toute nouvelle piscine de 34 x 12 pieds . Cette villa établit de nouvelles normes de location.
Avec 5 chambres complĂštes pour max. 10 personnes, y compris les petits enfants, 3 salles de bains, un salon confortable et une salle Ă  manger spacieuse, vous pouvez vous attendre l'entourage parfait pour des vacances parfaites et relaxantes. La maison elle-mĂȘme est divisĂ©e en deux Ă©tages. Great place and great location

This house is great for larger groups, with six bedrooms. Clean and comfortable, newer amenities and fully equiped kitchen. Owner was great to deal with.

Fantastic location

What a beautiful home and perfect location to walk to the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and private. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the home contained everything we needed. We spent much of our time on the porch, enjoying the view!

Family Vacation

As beautiful as the pictures

This house was immaculate and has so much to offer. So much space for everyone, huge pool, and we loved the tennis court and basketball hoop too. Nice quiet location on sandy drive,just the kind of place we dream of.

Perfect place for our family vacation

This place was very nice! We loved the big rooms, nice pool, fun tennis court/basketball hoop. The walk to the beach was just right. It had pretty much everything we needed and both the host, Katrin and the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to others!!

Great location and property.

The house was as advertised, once we learned where everything was we settled in for a nice relaxing week. Great views in the evening from the balcony and the pool was a big hit. Short walk to the beach every day as well. A lot of stairs, but that was expected. A great place to stay if you are looking.

Nice house - beautiful setting

We really enjoyed the house and the amenities and closeness to the beach. We had some trouble initially getting the xfinity cable to work, but the host was quick to respond to my inquiry. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect

This house was perfect for families! Renter beware - there are a lot of stairs! The kids and adults both had an amazing time. This is close to the beach and shockingly minimal traffic. Great location!

Luxury house for ten closed to the beach

This property offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. You can chill at the pool, play tennis and you will reach the beach in a couple of mknutes by feet. Very clean house and the owners and the property management are very communicative and helpful. Thanks for all.

Family celebration

It’s a lovely home. My family was there to celebrate my mother, who lives in South Venice, 100th birthday. It worked well for our family but know that stairs must be used to get to the living areas if that would be an issue. Close to the beach in a quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Bash at the Beach 2023

Just what we needed for 8 adults and a teen to enjoy a week at the beach. Pool was perfect, and the basketball hoop and tennis court was an added bonus. While we did drive mostly, the beach was definitly just a short walk away...way too hot for that. We had a wonderful week.

Great house

We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do in Englewood. Property owner was very nice and accommodating. The only down fall was that there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. But we made do with the other two.

Couples' Retreat 2015

After spending a long, cold, snowy winter in Northern NY, we (3 couples) headed down to Florida to stay in this house for a week. We had an incredible time - playing tennis, swimming in the pool and walking each day to the beach. We shopped, went boating, fished, tanned, and had dinner out and at the house for friends who live in the area. It was a wonderful week in a beautiful house and area. We would love to return next year!

The house was very nice. I rated the overall stay a 4 because of the limited seating in the living room area. A large chair addition would improve the seating for additional guests. The house needs some improvement on the exterior.

Better in person than online

The house looks even nicer in person than it did online. It's very helpful to read the info binder when you first arrive. Enjoyed having breakfasts on the screened in porch. Loved that they have everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to the beach which also has restrooms. We explored other beaches and downtown Venice. Had a wonderful time!

House with tennis court and pool

We really enjoyed spending time at this house. Loved the pool. All the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Liked the neighborhood hidden back off the road. Short bike ride to the beach. The view was nice . Lots of steps.. Only disappointment was the dumb waiter was out of order. Would definitely stay again.

This property is unique. Build on three floors, you have a wonderful view over the inter coastal waterway leading to the beaches. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets either by sitting on the porch enjoying a glass of chardonnay or while having a nice dinner.
We spent more than ten years of our holidays in this area before our local agent offered us this wonderful villa. We come back whenever it's possible but we like to share it with people who want to spend a beautiful and unforgattable vacation.

Close to the beaches, spacious with 3200 sq. feet or more than 320 square meters, modern and outstanding architecture. With own tennis court and large heated pool. Incredible views, enough space for ten people.
