Fabulous

I'm afraid this beautiful place has spoiled me for future condo rentals. It's a corner, top-floor unit so that closed-in feeling you have in many condos was non-existent. The furnishings are beachy and luxe, and the lanai has a spectacular view of Tarpon Bay. It's a short boardwalk to the sand, and the pool is lovely. (Only complaint: no shade around the pool and we went in June! The table umbrellas did not work.) Really loved our time there. Any minor questions we had were answered promptly by management staff. I'd go again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and amenities were a perfect choice for Grandparents, Parents & toddlers. Was a bit small for 6 people, would be a perfect fit for 4 , maybe 5 people max.

Thermostat Police Ruin This Property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is top notch, however the owners or property managers have the thermostat limited to 72 degrees, so the unit literally never cools off. We kept shades drawn at all times and all doors shut, and the unit still felt like a sauna. We initially wondered why this unit had so many fans setting out.We paid way too much money for the thermostat police to regulate what temperature we kept the unit at.

My apologies for your disappointment with regards to the thermostat. We do ask guests not to lower below 72 degrees; however, some do from time to time. The reason for this is we are trying to prevent the AC from freezing up, causing the AC to be shut down for hours to defrost. Our intent was to be informative, not to cause discomfort. Should you ever arrive and encounter a situation that is inconvenient, please call us. We will work diligently to find a solution. Customer care is our top priority.
