Stylish executive rental on the ground level of a grand Savannah home. Private entrance. Shared paved courtyard with seating. Full kitchen with dishwasher + utensils. No stairs required!

Jones street has been hailed the prettiest street in the USA in may publications. This is also walking distance to many popular tourist landmarks. No car is needed.

Parking is on the street and it is metered so a residential decal or Day Pass is needed for weekday parking. Please note we do not allow smoking at this location and that includes the outdoor area which is shared with the owner.

Location is everything! House is clean and designed very cool. It was better than we expected. Location is in middle of Forsyth Park and Downtown Savannah. Apartment and shower are not for tall people though. Kitchen was fully stocked and instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Spectacular place. Clean, and plenty of room to move around. The street itself is a gem. The only downside would be the bathroom. It needs to be renovated, other than that, it's wonderful. Coffee in the courtyard is heaven! We will be back.

This property is in a perfect spot to walk anywhere your heart desires, from the Riverfront to historic shops and areas. There was plenty of room and space to unload our belongings. We loved sitting in the "secret garden" and felt safe in this location. I would stay here again.

Good, not great. First of all AMAZING location. This truly is the prettiest street in Savannah. Check-in instructions are good, but I had a few issues when we arrived that were not responded to at all in the VRBO app. Also at one point the front lock did run low on battery and would not unlock, so we had to wait outside with no response or callback for quite some time. It’s the weekend I understand, but access should not be a problem at this price. Only one bathroom is tough with a party of 4, but we made it work. The exposed 6’ long halogens overhead are an eyesore as well as a safety hazard. Also, anyone over 5’2” will have a tough time in the shower haha! I’m 6’ and was leaving shampoo suds on the ceiling! Overall the space is nice and roomy, the kitchen is a bit of a mess though with cabinet doors that stick and are tough to open, an over counter light with the switch completely broken, and an abutment at the exit of the kitchen that will clip your noggin if you’re not careful. There are better finds in this price range, but there are worse as well. If you’re not striving for perfection, this place is fine, simple and prompt communication would help a ton.

Thanks for acknowledging the prime location. Since the number of bathrooms and bedrooms is key front and center information in all listings it’s quite odd when people complain about what they chose. There are many units with 2 bathrooms and they are almost always a higher price point but if you need 2 bathrooms it’s very easy to find and choose a rental with 2 bathrooms. This one is exactly as advertised.

Great home in Historic Downtown Savannah!

My daughter and son-in-law spent a week in this home while spending time in Savannah. The location is perfect for walking to all historic places of interest and resturants in downtown. The home is clean, quiet, cozy and well maintained. We plan to stay here in the future!

Wanted to be in the middle of the parks this time around and this was the perfect spot! Right in the middle of everything, just a few blocks away from the riverfront. Would stay here again in the future.

Great Location

We loved being in the historic district within walking distance to so many things to do. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. We're two short women so ground level was perfect for luggage hauling. The private courtyard was my favorite space! Communication was prompt and courteous. Would book again.

Perfect for a stroller family!

We were visiting with our toddler and baby, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere with our stroller! The apartment was clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The only downside was the shower was quite short, but that isn’t a big enough problem to bring down the rating for us.

A perfect spot for a great time in Savannah!

Location, location, location! We were able to walk to everything in Savannah and it was just a short drive to things outside the city like Tybee Island and Bonaventure Cemetery. Likewise, the rental was spectacular. Had a warm and welcoming eclectic feel with a fun juxtaposition of the historic and modern. Spacious. Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Adequate toiletries. Quiet outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee was delightful. Won't hesitate to stay again.
