Located in the beautiful yacht club area, Villa Belle Mer offers an ideal location and has everything you could ever dream of for a relaxing Florida vacation. The 4 bedrooms, private office with additional sleeping accommodations, and 3 full bathrooms - including one with convenient pool access, provide plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking supplies you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals at home. Or, if you prefer to dine out, there are countless eateries to please any palate located just a few minutes away.

The villa’s lanai has a coveted southern exposure, ensuring plentiful sunshine for idyllic days of lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa. Bring your boat or rent one of ours to keep on your backyard dock. Enjoy world-class fishing or cruising on the sparkling gulf waters. It is only a two-minute ride down the canal to open water with no bridges to slow you down. Or explore the local sights on two wheels with the included bicycles. Your perfect tropical vacation home awaits!

Please note that this home is kept pet-free due to a severe allergy of the homeowner. We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets during their stay. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you and helping make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Family vacation

We came down from Indiana and had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Any questions or concerns we had were answered right away, and the communication from the host was excellent. We truly appreciated how clean and comfortable the home was. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Coral!

The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great! The heater for the hot tub was a little tricky but we were still able to use it. The only things I would recommend is supplying paper products…toilet paper and paper towel. And charging for electricity is a little odd we thought. It really should be part of the total cost. Other than that we all loved the house very much!

Great family vacation place

The place was beautiful and clean and was more than enough room for my family of 8 and I! Although many of the beaches and surrounding things were closed down due to destruction from hurricane Ian, we enjoyed the pool and house and would rent again.

Absolutely perfect!

The property is perfect! Clean, spacious, and very well appointed!! The pool was amazing, and even caught plenty of fish off the dock when we werent out on the boat! Communication was also top notch. Cheers!

Gorgeous home - fantastic stay!

We had a party of 6 (3 couples). Very comfortable accommodations - everyone had their own separate section of the home for privacy. Fixed all of our breakfast and dinners in the well stocked kitchen. Lovely elegant designer touches. Great location - rented a pontoon and had easy access to open water. Enjoyed cruising the canals and looking at the magnificent homes. Fun stops at Rum Runners. Would anchor close to beach - had a blast. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend this beautiful property.

Nice property! Very spacious and well kept house. Very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and near some local restaurants and stores. Overall we enjoyed the experience. The only complaint would be the pool heater issues we had.The pool heater worked sporadically. It took 2 of the 5 days we were there to heat up to a swimmable temp. Once there, we needed to monitor it diligently as it kept turning off and/or stalling up. If fixed, that would make it great.

Thank you for your kind comments about the home, its cleanliness, spaciousness, and location. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We would, however, like to add some context regarding the pool heater. The heater was operational during the stay and ran during the permitted daytime heating hours. During your visit from December 21–26, nighttime temperatures dropped below 60°F and daytime temperatures never exceeded approximately 72°F. Under those unusually cool conditions, a swimming pool can lose a significant amount of heat overnight and naturally takes considerably longer to reach and maintain the desired temperature. Pool equipment cannot operate around the clock, as we are required to observe neighborhood quiet hours. Therefore, particularly during colder winter nights, some overnight temperature loss is unavoidable even when the heating system is functioning properly. We completely understand that waiting for the pool to warm up was disappointing, but we do want to clarify that this was primarily the result of the unusually cool weather and permitted operating hours rather than a non-functioning pool heater. Thank you again for staying with us and for the many positive comments about the home. We’re glad you otherwise had an enjoyable experience.

Small family get-together

Beautiful house comfortable and well kept. Would definitely stay there again. Pool ready for a bit of care a few tiles need help. Grill was not working properly contacted the property manager and he had a new one delivered within a few hours very responsive!

Perfect for family gathering

Stop looking and book this property. This is our second stay in this home. The property host was so helpful- responding immediately to our questions. The bedrooms were comfortable and three bathrooms worked great for our family. The twenty something’s loved taking the bikes for their morning coffee while we all loved the pool and hot tub. Good quiet location and well suited for kids

We stayed there for four days the week before Christmas. Property was fine for 2 small kids as it had a pool and was a short walk to a beach area. The pool was heated though it never got above 77 degrees, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The house had beach toys that were a hit during the week as well. Check out was easy as the rental company basically said the cleaning crew would handle everything inside the home. There was a small fee for electricity used during the stay, to offset the heated pool I assume. This came to about $75 for our time there. The house is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and other businesses and a short drive back to Ft. Myers. Would recommend staying there if in the area.
