This 2 BR 2 BA condo 2nd floor unit is like new. Sleeps 6. Queen Bed in each bedroom plus queen sleeper sofa in living room. Beautifully furnished and has hardwood floors and granite kitchen!!. Close to all major attractions. Condo is situated on Rt 1 in the desirable community of Creekwood. Plenty of free parking and pool just steps from unit. Just a short drive or bike ride to the beach; just under 2 miles.

The condo is stocked with most everything you will need. Just bring towels and sheets. Washer/Dryer in unit.

Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers/outlets. On or off Season, we are always flexible to try and accommodate your vacation schedules with extended weeks, long weekends and mid week stays; just inquire for availability and rates. Four night minimum required.

In town close to all restaurants and shopping. Short drive to all beaches on coast and inland

Quiet at night. Even though we were just off main route we didnt hear any traffic noise. Cul de sac in housing location was nice.

Great location and place to stay

This was a great location for us as we had a baseball tournament but also wanted to be close to the beach, which is only a 10 minute drive. Place is clean and good for what we needed. Only downside is the pull-out soda bed is not comfy.

Fabulous getaway spot

This is a very clean property with a wonderful location. The beach is a small drive away, but it was nice to have a pool on site too. Matt and Maureen are very responsive and professional. We recommend this property and plan to return.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Great location,very clean,well- stocked. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were wonderful! Balcony was nice. Quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and restaurants. Tvs in bedrooms were also a plus. Love this place!!

Great Condo!

We loved everything about this condo. It has everything you need and the location is great. Very quiet complex to relax but close to everything. Ken was great to work with as well. It was our first time at Rehoboth and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location is great and the condo pool is beautiful. We had such a great time! We spent the day at the beach and slept so well at the condo. The kitchen and screened in porch were excellent for dinner and breakfast! You will love it!

A spacious apartment with everything you need

The property is in a community with outdoor pool and close to shopping, attractions and most importantly Rehoboth beach. The owner is very helpful and resourceful. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, clean condo that was fully stocked. Communication and check in were a breeze. Less than 5 minutes walk to pool. We spent a ton of time exploring lots of different beaches (Savannah, Cape Henlopen, Tower Beach, and Gordon Pond), accessing the trails, visiting Henlopen State Park, shopping, mini-golfing, and going to Boardwalk at night. The price was amazing which allowed us to have a really stress free time when eating out and shopping! Just an FYI for future guests, Route 1 (Coastal Highway) was very busy during certain times, particularly Friday and Saturday. (We came during peak tourist season). This was in no way a deal breaker, but requires a little planning when traveling certain times of the day.

A safe quiet FUN COVID getaway

I was so pleased to find this gem of a place. My friend and I wanted a safe place to getaway so we could rest, cook, watch our favorite DVDs, do puzzles, and just chillax. This place was absolutely perfect for our 4 night vacation. We each had our own bedroom & bath and each room has a tv too. Everything was accurately stated in the description except the charm and comfort here can only be experienced. I am so 100% totally happy and thankful to Ken & David for the use of their property. I plan to come again as soon as I am able.

Rehoboth Condo

The Condo & location was close to beach, restaurants & shopping as noted, that was good. The Condo was nice, but some items could definitely use upgrading. The mattresses and bedding were worn, I wish I had brought my own pillows. We had to "fight" with the walk-in shower doors to close. The kitchen supplies need an overhaul as well as the coffee pot. The washer was good but the dryer seems to have sand in it. I tried to clean the filter but it was impossible. Sometimes a Condo Owner should stay in their condo so they can pay attention to those details.
