Ce spacieux condo de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain offre toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison dans un excellent emplacement au coin du boulevard Wasatch et de North Little Cottonwood Canyon Road. À seulement 7 miles de Snowbird et Alta, et Ă  12 miles de Solitude / Brighton, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques minutes des plus belles vacances d'hiver et d'Ă©tĂ© sur terre!

Cette unitĂ© est idĂ©ale pour les groupes grands ou petits, et elle est particuliĂšrement adaptĂ©e pour deux familles car il s'agit de deux unitĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©es, une Ă  l'Ă©tage et une en bas. Il a 2 cuisines complĂštes, 2 ensembles laveuse / sĂ©cheuse (un Ă  l'Ă©tage et un en bas), 2 foyers au gaz, et il a mĂȘme 2 chauffe-eau fonctionnant en sĂ©rie afin que vous ne manquiez jamais d'eau chaude. Spacieux salon Ă  l'Ă©tage avec plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, canapĂ©s en cuir et T. V., 2e salon en bas avec canapĂ©s et T. V, air central, grande terrasse avec bain Ă  remous (et vue!), Garage 2 voitures et belle vue montagne et vallĂ©e. Tous les services publics sont inclus avec Internet sans fil et la tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite avec Showtime et HBO. Ceci est une unitĂ© trĂšs abordable pour dormir douze + confortablement.

La disposition des chambres est la suivante: 1Úre chambre (à l'étage principal) a un roi, 2e chambre (à l'étage) a une reine, 3Úme chambre (à l'étage) a un lit superposé, 4Úme chambre (en bas) a un roi et 5Úme chambre (en bas) ) a un lit King et un lit superposé. Very Nice Stay

Our family enjoyed a great ski vacation at this home. Plenty of space to be together or spread out. Only a short drive to the park & ride bus shuttles to ski areas.

Good beds and baths for group

Perfect for 4 adult couples. Upstairs plenty of room to gather eat and hang out.. And we had plenty of room for four cars. Clean and warm. Could use some hairdryes and better towels.

Great Family Vacation!

Great location! Visited 3 resorts and had a great time. Nice home to go home to. Communication was awesome, they allowed us a late check out so we could ski half day. Amazing trip!!

Great location for skiing plus a few restaurants and grocery close by. Be sure to leave early for skiing, especially snowbird, because the parking fills up quickly. We left every morning by 7:30. The property was very nice and the hot tub was used daily. It was a little dated but it was nice to have available to use and was very clean.

We were all very happy with the set up and accommodations. It's a good property, in a great location. The price was fair as it needs some general updating. We were very comfortable and it was well stocked. Hot tub was very clean and heated up quickly.

Family ski condo

This location is great for skiing both canyons. Space is a bit dated, which made it feel not perfectly clean, but it was clean. Slept our family of 11 very comfortably. We would stay again.

Do not look further for a great vacation spot!!!

The house was so perfect for us!!! We had our family of adult kids with us- the lower level made it great for us to spread out after an amazing day at the mountain. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. We can’t wait to come back for more ski adventures!!!!

Checked all of the boxes!

We had a great stay in Cottonwood Heights! The condo was perfect for two families (4 adults & 4 teens) - plenty of common space and enough bedrooms that everyone had their privacy. The proximity to all of the ski mountains was ideal & having a hot tub to soak in everyday was an added bonus.

Great stay, epic ski conditions

This was our second stay at this property and we just loved the location near both big and little cottonwood canyons. You have a full view of ski traffic right from the kitchen! Carl was responsive to feedback and requests for the most part. Bedding (pillows and linens) need replacing but aside from that, we had a great week. We would rent again!

Perfect place for our vacation

This condo is in a perfect location: close to fantastic skiing in both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, close to many trail heads, lots of great restaurants nearby, and Salt Lake City is easily accessible for shopping and sight-seeing. This condo had everything we needed and then some: a private and very clean hot tub, a large table at which we were able to have all family members for dinner, lots of towels, and abundant places to sleep. It was nice to have the two separate areas (upstairs and downstairs) so our adult kids could have their own refrigerator, and tv. Two of our kids spent some time working remotely during our stay and were able to use the downstairs for taking meetings and calls while the rest of us were upstairs. We really appreciated the ample parking that included two spaces in the garage. We couldn't imagine a better place for our family vacation!

great spot, great property

Excellent property, enjoyed the hot tub. Keep in mind this is two separate appartments that are not connected by an interior door, which we didnt realize until we got there. I believe it tells you that in the listing but we missed it. Despite that, it was still great with plenty of room for everyone to congregate in the main area.

We have been living in Cottonwood Heights at the mouth of the canyon for 20 years and love all of the benefits of living near the resorts. I remodel homes, and my wife, Annette, is a teacher at Franklin Covey. Our son Gavin is 10 yrs old, and our two daughers, Stella and Lola, love to ski at Snowbird/Alta. We bought this property as a family investment with our relatives so they can come to visit and have a great place to stay that is only 1 mile from our home. Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Close to the resorts, close to the bus stop, grocery store and freeway. Great views, recently remodeled with 2 kitchens, 2 laundry, and hot tub. Our clients have loved this rental and so will you. What more can we say...this is a great unit!
