Looking for fun in the sun? Book your stay at this family friendly home that features an amazing pool and many fun outdoor activities. The outdoor features an amazing, screened salt pool, covered lanai, gas grill and a fire pit. White sand beaches, golf courses, zoo, shops and delicious local restaurants are within short driving distance without the bridge traffic! Ample parking on private property. 6.5 miles to Beautiful Navarre Beach, 18 miles to Pensacola Beach and 28 miles to Destin. Near Publix, Walmart Neighborhood, Super Walmart, Aldi and more!
POOL HEATER: It is important to remember that outside temperature must remain above 50 °F overnight for the pool heater to work efficiently. To avoid costly repairs, please DO NOT tamper with our pool equipment.
2300 sq ft, 4-bedroom 2 baths, sleeps 10 comfortably.
âą Bedroom # 1 - king bed (direct patio/pool access)
âą Bedroom # 2 - king bed (direct patio/pool access)
âą Bedroom # 3 - king bed
âą Bedroom # 4 - bunk beds and a roll away bed. Children 6 and under are not allowed in the top bunk. Pack n play, highchair and kids' books are all in the house.
This comfortable beach-themed home makes it easy to enter a carefree state upon arrival. Soaring ceilings gives this property an upscale, airy feel, which flows freely throughout the living areaâs open floor plan. In the mornings, sip your coffee by the private heated salt pool. During the evening, take a refreshing dip or utilize the grill to wine and dine with your companions as the sun sets. Throughout the 4 bedrooms, comfy beds await you at the end of eventful days.
POLICIES -- Absolutely NO smoking on the premises- NO pets allowed (out of respect for the next guests and allergy sensitivities). Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
$1000 fine if it's discovered you brought pets. $500 fine for smoking on the outdoor property and $2,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside. In either case your stay will be cancelled, and you will have to leave the property immediately.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very important that you keep outside noise down from 9pm to 7am per city ordinance. Also, our sensitive neighbors will not tolerate unreasonable noise. No dance club volume level music ever.
THINGS TO KNOW:
For your security and the security of the property there are cameras outside at the front of the house and at the side of the house.
Pools, bicycles and steps/stairs present an inherent danger. You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED ALL THE TIME IN THE POOL AREAS. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage to or loss of personal property.
BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
We are on a septic system that is designed to handle water, human waste and toilet paper. Tissues, condoms, diaper wipes and tampons will NOT break down and will cause plumbing and septic blockages that will lead to sewage backflow, and you will be responsible for the costly repairs.
PARKING NOTES: Circular private driveway holds 4 maxed per stay. Street parking is against our HOA Policy. Please do not park vehicles in garage and no parking on the lawn due to sprinkler system.
Recreational Vehicles such as RV/Boat/Camper/Trailer will require a short-term special permit from the HOA so we can comply with the covenants or parking policy as set forth by the Board of Directors.
