This relaxing home really has it all! You will feel right at home with all new beds and linens. Decorated with style and beachy flair. You will want to spend most of your days sitting by the pool and getting in the hot tub on chilly nights. The pac-man arcade and games will keep the kids busy for hours!
Guest will have access to the whole home except the master closet will be locked off.
* **Pool Safety:** The pool and backyard are fully fenced. For the safety of your entire group, children MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT in the pool and hot tub areas at all times. Guests accept full responsibility for the safety of their party. The owners assume no responsibility for any accident, injury, or loss of personal property.
* **Amenities & Supplies:** We provide beach gear for your convenience. You will also find a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) to get you settled. For longer stays, you will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed.
* **Fees & Fines:** A fine of $500 plus damages will be assessed for bringing a pet or breaking any house rules. Any HOA fines incurred for unapproved vehicles (such as RVs or campers) will be the guest's responsibility.
For your security there is a ring doorbell, a camera in the front of the house facing the street, a camera in the front facing the driveway and a camera in the backyard facing the pool & hot tub. They are strictly for emergency purposes only. There are 2 cameras that are not hooked up - 1 by garage & 1 in by hot tub. No covering of cameras. If they are there will be a fine of $500.

A 4% fee will be charged for all cancellations.
