This sprawling 3,184 sq ft brick beauty is a seaside sanctuary. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there's room for the whole crew to relax and recharge. Cook meals for up to 12 people in the fully furnished kitchen or grill it up outdoors with the electric or propane grills. Perfect for large families, the open-concept layout features two oversized living rooms, multiple workspaces and dining areas, modern tile floors throughout, and smart TVs in every bedroom—plus an 84" TV in the main living room for movie nights and game days.

Guest Access:

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

Navarre is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Holley By The Sea is a very family-oriented residential area. Please help us maintain the peace in the community so that we can continue doing what we love, hosting you! Please do not park on the grass, in the garage or on the main road.



Getting Around:

Getting around Navarre is relatively easy, though public transportation is limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, and local shops and restaurants. Biking is also a great option for shorter trips, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic paths along the coast. If you're planning to visit nearby towns or want to explore at your own pace, having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.



Other Things to Note:

The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.



For your safety, this property has 3 exterior security cameras located at:

- Front Door

- Backyard near the French Doors

- Above the Garage Door



To maintain the property and pool for your comfort and enjoyment, routine maintenance is performed regularly. Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, pest control is done quarterly, and pool cleaning/maintenance is completed twice a week. Our service vendors will not require access inside the property, but you may notice them working in and around the exterior or pool area during reasonable daytime hours.

If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance.



A propane grill is available for guest use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note that propane may be left over from previous guests but is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can easily exchange it at nearby locations such as Walmart, Home Depot, or local gas stations for approximately $25.



Absolutely No Smoking inside the house. The backyard is fully fenced, but there is no gate around the pool. Please watch your children at all times. The management company and owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage.



We love pets, but unfortunately we don’t allow them in the property as the owner has sensitivities to pet allergens.



Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8 (up to a maximum of 12 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Sea Queen in great shape for everyone!



Interaction with Guests:

For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages around the clock to ensure timely support.



Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.



All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
