Located on Main Street in “downtown” Chatham, chathamLoft75 is a 2,000 sq ft fully furnished second floor space that has been artfully and tastefully appointed for your enjoyment and comfort while away from home.
Included in the living space are 3 bedrooms, each with it’s own design theme, that have a queen bed, a closet for clothing, “suitcase” tables and cell phone charging stations
 2 nicely appointed full bathrooms
 a fully equipped kitchen
 a separate dining room
 a light and comfortable living room with an adjacent sitting room
 a “porch area” for relaxing etc., and a large bright laundry room with a vintage pull down ironing board for those who love to iron
Chatham has many things to offer including the shops on Main Street and beyond, art galleries, a movie theatre and right across the adjacent parking area is the Chatham Brewery which also includes dining
 20 minutes away is Hudson which has become a popular destination with many shops, restaurants, etc. and 30 minutes away is the Berkshire area also with many places of interest

Charming in Chatham

First class experience! We were met at the door upon arrival and given a thorough walk through. The place is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. A fully functional kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to kick back and relax made this stay a real winner. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Loft

Our family enjoyed staying in the loft on Main Street in Chatham. The loft is clean and beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a nice vacation. Michelle met us there to go over everything we needed to know, and was responsive if we needed anything. Loved it!

This is truly a perfect loft impeccably decorated in a perfect location. Our host Michelle couldn’t have been more gracious from pre stay communications to a walk thru of the apartment where she enthusiastically shared stories of her inspiration for decor. Every single detail was thought of. This was an A experience for us. We will definitely be back.

Family reunion/ mother’s 90th Birthday

The property is amazing. The pictures do not do justice to this charming home. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Many thoughtful details throughout the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the tea and coffee left for the guests. Communication with Michelle was super easy. We hope to come back.

In town for a weeding

The property was wonderful- great location, beautiful layout and design, and thoughtful amenities. The host was very communicative and helpful. There was information available about the area and some local restaurant menus. The town is charming. 10/10 would stay here again!

Better than the pics

The pictures don't do it justice. It was such a cool space - even my teenagers agreed. Very well appointed and comfortable. And immaculately clean. Michelle made the check in process a snap. It is a beautiful space and we'll definitely look to stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

The Chatham Loft was a perfect condo for our small group of out of towners. Very handsomely appointed and decorated, yet comfy and casual. Lots more space than expected, with all the amenities you could ask for. Situated in the charming little town of Chatham, and close to Hudson, Lenox, Tanglewood, etc. We will be back for sure! Thank you Paul and Michelle.

Excellent 3 bedroom 2 bathroom downtown loft apartment

This place is just about perfect. Michelle is a pro managing the property. Light touch. Never obtrusive. Always has the right answer. Well equipped kitchen. Nice family room. 3 great bedrooms well decorated and comfortable. 2 very nice bathrooms. A dining room and front den area. Some bonus spaces. Highly recommended.

Perfect space and location for Mac Hayden Theatre

This space was FANTASTIC! We visited Chatham to see a musical at Mac Hayden Theatre. The booking was easy and Michelle communicated with us frequently. She met us upon check in to explain the many design features of the space which were incredibly cool. It was obvious she has pride in her work and it shows in every single thoughtful detail. She was also sure to point out every safety feature. The kitchen was well stocked and we did not miss anything. The space was so comfortable we did not want to leave! There are trains that run loudly throughout the night but we got used to it. And there are several stairs you need to walk up and down to access the area, but we enjoyed the proximity to town
shopping, coffee cafes, a bookstore, and many wonderful eateries! And being less than a 10 minute drive to Mac Hayden was perfect. Given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again!

Best of the best!

If you arrive at your VRBO location and everything is MORE FANTASTIC than expected, then you must be at the Chatham75Loft. The photos perfectly represented this property. The decor is AWARD WINNING, and amenities top notch. The plentiful plush bath towels, comfortable, cozy beds, super well-appointed kitchen with a drawer full of coffee pods and an interesting tea collection, abundant reading material, fun games, and so many great sitting areas to work, relax, watch tv, or visit with your family and friends. Great proximity to restaurants, shops, movie theater, live performances at the Mac-Haydn Theatre, and more....just walk out the door and enjoy what this unique, charming town has to offer. Our family's favorite part of the experience was our host, Michelle, who aside from being prompt and considerate with communication, greeted us with a warm smile and a wonderful history of the loft. Her personal touch was everywhere including a farm fresh blueberry tart in the kitchen under the glass cake dome. My only hesitate with giving the Chatham75loft such a great review is, will we ever be able to find a vacancy again!!!!! Do not hesitate for a second....treat yourself, your family and friends to this marvelous experience. Cannot wait to return!

Everything imagined plus more

The loft is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located and accessible to all that Chatham and Columbia County has to offer. The warm comfortable feeling of the loft along with the fun themed & decorated rooms made it feel very welcoming. The host, Michelle, was very friendly and accommodating from assisting with the the arrangements to meeting and greeting us upon arrival. She was also easily available and willing to answer questions during our stay. We would certainly revisit Chathamloft75 and encourage others to do the same. It is a wonderful place and experience.!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

located in town....the second floor gives one the opportunity to experience village activity with a birds eye view of the the main street provided by windows in the living room and front sitting room ...
it is like being part of the village. ..yet a feeling of being in "your own space"...
although there is a fully equipped kitchen....one can go out and get breakfast, lunch and dinner at various restaurants all within walking distance.
next door is a brewery that also serves food and is a popular place to socialize and sample the local beers.
across the street is a long established movie theater... https://crandelltheatre.org
plus, there are shops for browsing and soon the shaker museum will be located right down the street.
and once in awhile ... a train goes through the town creating a nostalgic feeling of past history when travelers came to columbia county by rail.
