Floor-to-ceiling windows and a large balcony on the second floor of this La Playa beachfront three bedroom vacation home offer stunning views of the Perdido Key coastline allowing you to enjoy morning sunshine or evening sunsets. This tastefully decorated vacation home features over 2,000 square feet of luxury within an open floor plan allowing natural light and breathtaking beachfront views to take your breath away! You will enjoy plenty of space for family and friends with a spacious master suite and two large additional bedrooms each with private baths. La Playa is a private gated development located directly on the beach featuring a large swimming pool, state of the art exercise room, one assigned parking spot, and private beach access.
Also, when you stay with Perdido Key Resort Management your short-term stay may be eligible for free golf rounds, free deep-sea fishing admissions, free dolphin boat cruise tickets, and free access to OWA seasonally.

The condo was great but needs more than two bath towels per bath. Kitchen was nicely equipped. All the beds were comfortable.

The unit was beautiful. Only issue was we checked in after hours and the instructions to the mailbox could have been clearer as there are 2 sets of mailboxes and on is slightly hidden. But the after hrs office number called me back quickly and directed me to the correct mailbox.

Clean, Well Equipped, Great Location, Would Rent again.

Communication from the very get go was in a timely manner, clear directions for checking and check out. Condo was Beach Front with a great view in a fantastic building (only has 30 units), quiet location. Beach Service provided at a reasonable extra cost. Private beach. Unit was very well equipped with Pots, Pans, Towels, etc, including TV's in every room with good Media service. Fantastic balcony and lots of great light. Beds were comfortable. Private Parking spot is a bit tight and you do need to watch out for the concrete columns, but very manageable. No complaints, 10/10 stars

Great location

Pros: This property was spacious for our family of 5! I loved that we were on the 1st floor
 and those views!!!! The location is also great
 close to beach, restaurants (driving distance), grocery, and entertainment. I had to hit several big runs for marathon training and Johnson’s Beach Rd near our condo was perfect for that. Plus, it’s a wildlife reserve with a road, views, and empty/private beaches. Cons: it was pricey
 much more than we are used to spending for a wk vacation. And it poured rain all.week.long. Not the typical pop-up FL rains. We typically vacation for longer, but the cost was very high. We called to add a day to our trip and the cost was going to be as much as if we stayed several days in a hotel. So we decided to go somewhere else to extend. (We chose this condo bc my sister’s family had reserved the condo directly above ours for her larger family of 7.) The parking!!! It’s terribly tight and hard to park cars with the concrete pillars. Another con was that the condo needed a good deep clean. The floors around counters and vanities weren’t clean. There was mold/black residue on the kitchen sprayer and around the master shower door and shower heads. The master tub had sand in it and the faucet leaked when turned on. There was also a musty smell near the laundry and guest bath/bedroom. A strong smell of seafood around the stove area
 Lysol wipes to the rescue for that one! All-in-all, the views and location made it nicer.

Awesome Condominium

Everything about this condo and the communication from the property management made our stay so enjoyable. This was our first time booking with PKRM and staying at the LaPlaya but it won’t be our last. We stayed the week of July 4th and enjoyed the space we had on the beach, the space we had in our condo, and the quiet atmosphere the entire time.

Tropical Luxury at its BEST!

La Playa 102 is a slice of paradise on Perdido Key! All the comforts of home while providing the BEST views, beach access, and vacation vibes. Close to everything you should see and do, Perdido Key is the place to be. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms well-appointed, and the deck cannot be beat. It is a must indulgence for the perfect white sand beach getaway!
