Located in the Villages of Port Royal, this Villa is just a short walk from pristine beaches and popular hotels, our villa is perfectly situated for sun-soaked days and exciting nights. Whether you’re here to relax by the ocean, explore local dining, or enjoy nearby entertainment, this villa offers the perfect coastal getaway.

The Villa is a 1st floor unit with only 4 stairs, featuring a full laundry inside, completely equipped kitchen, new bedroom furniture with king sizes mattresses. Several flat screen TV's throughout with roku streaming devices. WiFi internet available, Beach chairs, towels and cart for guests use. Parking is close and included in the rent. Enjoy coffee in the AM and dinner in the PM on your private rear deck.
All this and a short, under 6 minute, walk to Islanders beach, Westin & Marriott Bonvoy hotels.

Feels like home

Our stay was fantastic, and just what we needed. Mark was great to work with and the place was beautifully setup and had everything we needed. Location is spot on minutes to beach, pools etc. Great family place. Will definitely be back.

Walk to the beach

The property is very nice, as advertised. The location is great - walking distance to the beach and convenient pools. It was also a close drive to shops and restaurants. I would stay again.
