Relax with your family at this beautiful and cozy condo. Located in the Gran Acqua Dolce on the second level and requires the use of stairs. It is close to many amenities and activities of the island. From the condo, you are also within walking distance of the beach. Also featuring an outdoor swimming pool. Guests are provided with a few starter kits, but bringing personal toiletries, additional supplies, and beach gear, including beach towels, is recommended.

Place was very clean and nice, beach access was 5m walk. Enjoyed a morning walk on the beach with coffee. Will definitely rent here again for next year cheer competition!

3 min walk to Beach Access 1. 2nd floor room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Balcony was tiny, provided deck chairs/table were difficult to maneuver, and heated pool was way too hot for summer! Overall, great place though. Would rent again for location.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was spotless, very well-kept, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere—it made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and everything we needed was right there, from kitchen essentials to comfy beds. The property was clearly well cared for, and it’s obvious the hosts put a lot of thought into making it welcoming for families. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for any family looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay!

Went to the island for my birthday and was looking for a great room close to the beach, this condo was perfect! The room was very clean, came with lots of amenities, very spacious. There is a beach access point on the same street we stayed so we just had to walk a few feet! I 100% recommend this condo and will book again next time we decide to come!

Great Place

It was a great condo and at a perfect location. It was also great that we were allowed to check in early. This condo is located very close to the beach access and some great shopping and restaurants. The condo was very well stocked and clean and it had everything we needed. The bedrooms were big compared to other condos we have stayed at.

Our stay started with roaches greeting us in the kitchen and hallway. Towel rack in one of the restrooms and patio door handled were broken. Pool and downstairs tenants were loud and rowdy up to 11pm. I reached out to the host and never got any of my messages responded.

Loved the place. I was a bit skeptical about it since not many reviews but decided to rent it since most (if not all) reviews were 5 stars. And I was not disappointed. The place was very clean and everything you need is there. Beds were comfy and even had an air bed for extra bedding if needed. Though it has holes, so air goes out over night. The living room sofa can become a bed. Enough towels are provided. The thing I loved most was just a walkable distance to the beach. CVS is literally next door and other restaurants are very close as well. I would definitely pick this place again for future. The only negative is, owner never replied to my question that I sent over VRBO message tool. No biggie for me since it was not urgent but it could be for others.
