Charming 3 Bedroom Farm Retreat in Lithia

Unwind in the quiet of the country. Enjoy the pasture view in the backyard and woodlands from the front porch. Relax with family and friends at this peaceful high end upgraded manufactured home.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a nectar mattress and an en suite bathroom, television and views of the oak trees with Spanish moss and woodlands.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with views of the goat pasture.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and views of the adjacent pasture where you can watch the goats play. The dining table seats six. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry area.

Located in rural Lithia, Rosshaven is 15 minutes from Alafia River State Park’s mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding.
There is a surveillance camera aimed at the goat pasture. No cameras are on the interior or other areas of the property.
Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, visiting family in the Lithia area, enjoying Alafia River State Park or needing a place to stay between selling and buying a new home, Rosshaven is the ideal rural retreat.

Accommodations were perfect. Very clean and comfortable. And the owners were very helpful with any questions we had. We were visiting grand kids who loved the house and kids room so much they insisted on doing a sleepover almost every night we stayed. And being able to feed the goats thrilled them. Can’t say enough good things about the accommodations. Except that if back in the area, we will definitely try to book this place again.

Check in was super easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with any utensils pots pans, etc. needed this was an amazing stay the goats in the back made it absolutely fun for my grandchildren and the owners are amazing. They respond quickly and are very pleasant to deal with. I absolutely would stay there again.

Farm Life

We had a great stay! So much fun interacting with the goats, as well as the cows that came up from the pasture next door! We even saw deer on the road and a possum cross the road in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and we loved the country life! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Fun Farm Getaway!

We absolutely loved it. I needed a place where out toddlers could run and also our dog. A hotel just isn't the place for us to stretch out legs like that. This place was perfect. We woke-up to charming goats and very friendly cows! The hosts were great and house was comfortable and roomy!

Just what we needed!

We needed a short-term rental during our move and this location was great! It had the space we needed, all of the kitchen items we needed to cook, as all of ours were packed and the cutest area for their goats. We loved feeding them every day. The location was quiet, clean and we were able to park our Uhual there as well. The owners lived right across the way but gave us our space. They answered every question we had immediately. As a local Realtor, their hospitality went a long with us. If you need to get away for a bit or need a rental in between your move, this is a great option.
