Communication with host was excellent. The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving vacation with family. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and attention to detail was great. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Awesome Spot

House was great! My group loved the pool table, pool and hot tub. Location was quiet but close to plenty of restaurants. We drove to the beach twice while we were there, took about an hour and a half. Awesome place to stay.

Great place!!!!!!!

Terrific home! We stayed here for spring break and had a wonderful time. Very spacious, beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Jose was very easy to communicate and quick to respond to questions. So much better than staying at a hotel!

Wonderful Christmas Holiday

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday. The house was exactly as described on the website. Everything was clean and the owners even provided things like toilet paper and hand soap which was a bonus!! The owners were also amazing in their responses to all messages. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This property was perfect for my mom and my husand and I to come together and attend my daughter's college graduation. It was exactly as advertised and included everything we needed to feel right at home. The neighborhood is close to many shops, restaurants, and highways. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with every utensil needed. The pool was amazing and the lake provided a great background for pictures. Overall, our short stay was amazing and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

The best host ever

Whenever I’m in the Tampa area I will be looking for Jose and Sara they are wxcelle videos hosts. Their property was fully equipped with everything and anything I would need for the duration of my stay.

A Gem

This was a perfect stay for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Jose was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions that arose during our stay. I loved the back yard and all the beautiful birds that surround the area. I was also happy with the bed in the master bedroom. I suffer from mobility issues, and this bed was complete therapy! I recommend the rental to any couple who needs to get away.

Not enough bath towels, no kitchen towels, supplies were provided. No top sheets on beds, missing pillowcases and faulty guest shower head. Broken twin bed causing guest to sleep on couch one night. We repaired for the remainder of stay. No dressers. Enjoyed pool and pool table.

Florida vacation

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed. We spent the majority of our time in the pool. We're from South Dakota so we dont get very much pool time up here. Also, it's close to my sisters house and our friends that live down there so that was nice too. Communication with the owner was great. Nice neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view. We will definitely book this property again! Thank you! 🙂

What a great place - my family had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! The accommodations were just as described -- clean, comfortable - location was great - close to stores, restaurants, entertainment and highway to explore beyond the immediate area. Communication with Jose and Sara was responsive and quick. The pool with a spa, the pool table and the board games allowed us to have quality family time with our two teens while the seperate bedrooms gave our teens the space and privacy they also wanted. Highly recommend!

Nice clean home, pool is heated, easy access to Brandon area. No wash cloths which was odd considering plenty of towels. Haven't stayed in many VRBOs so I didn't know what items to bring like soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Coffee area was nice but needs sugar.

Everything was amazing. The host was very helpful and replied to me within minutes. Would definitely recommend & would be coming back. My kids loved the hot tub & pool. Since it’s chilly right now they would go in the hot tub and jump inside the pool for a quick swim. Whole house was clean. Has a bunch of extras that was so helpful. Thank you so much Jose for making this trip top notch.
