I was extremely put off by the fact that there was a large construction project going on that was undisclosed until the day of check-in. The right thing to do would’ve been for the host to let us know ahead of time. We rented this place because of the appeal of the outdoor spaces which were completely unavailable due to the project. Came off as dishonest.

Beautiful view

My family had the pleasure of staying at this property. The house is spacious and very clean. The mattresses are on the firm side. The location is very convenient to everything. The dock was our favorite part. Very serene and you could fish right off the dock.

Girls trip to Final Four

We enjoyed the location, spacious rooms and loved looking out on the back deck! Beds were comfortable. Hope to stay again if our travels bring us back to Tampa area!

We had a wonderful time

This house was clean and well organized with extra linens and bedding. There is a washer and dryer available for use. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the kayaks which were available due to our schedule, but it was great to have the option. We loved sitting out back and enjoying the sunsets. We even saw a dolphin in the canal!!! We had fun exploring the area and enjoyed the Manatee Viewing Center just a few minutes away from the house. Mark was super responsive when we had a concern while we were staying there.

Wonderful home away from home

The house was clean, cozy and big! They have everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Outback is a dock where you can fish or just watch the sun setting. We used their grill and had some family members come over for dinner. All the stores are conveniently nearby. Our flight got in sooner than expected and Mark was so kind to let us in a few hours ahead. We would definitely stay here again.

Your Own Little Piece of Waterfront Bliss

My family (my husband and me and three young adult children) spent a week in this house while we visited family in Florida. The home had apparently flooded during the hurricanes and the flooring had been recently replaced. I noticed all the furniture is different from the online photos so maybe the furniture was damaged as well but everything int he home was beautiful and in great condition. Very nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Reclining sofas in the family room that we seriously wanted to take home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the little dock, fishing from it at night and it was so peaceful to sit out there in the morning. We had a few family members over for my brother's 80th birthday and used the barbecue and it was a great place for the family to gather. The owner was extremely responsible to a minor issue we had. Everything about the house and our stay there was wonderful.

Great location and comfortable living space

This waterfront home with an attractive floor plan makes a great base for family activities. The area was hit with two hurricanes in October; we were impressed with the level of restoration that has been done in 2 months. Mark was very responsive to our questions.

A relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property . The neighborhood was quiet , the house was perfect for our family and well maintained . My only observation is that we wished that the back yard was better maintained , as we would have spent more time out side on the patio enjoying the beautiful view . Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location close Apollo Beach and visiting other family in St. Pete and Tampa. The property was clean and the backyard truly was a dream!

Relaxing Stay in Tampa

Although we only stayed for a short time, we loved the home, its location, and the peaceful backyard with dock and water views. We also appreciated the pack and play available for my 3 month old niece so we didn't have to bring one on the plane :) Our first stop was coffee so we'd have it for the morning. I would love if there was an option for a full pot instead of just a Keurig, but that's just my personal preference. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great stay! Wish we had more time so we could have taken out the kayaks. Thank you for opening your home to guests!
