Overall stay was great. We had a technical issue with a tv remote and it was fixed same day. Property was as pictured. Check in and out process was easy!

Family trip

Me and my family took a trip up to Gatlinburg with one of Bob bugs cabin and it was a great experience. They had an upstairs plenty of room for the kids to play and the hot tub worked as described and was clean and had new water pumped in it Prior to us coming, stay there if you want a good food and experience and somewhere nice to stay

Overall the house was great. However an overhead light or different lamp would be great in the bunk bed room. Also, the outside lights by the hot tub are motion sensors and kept turning off while we were out there. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

Hot tub took a while too warm up but was nice. Thought was a cabin but that was probably my fault for not reading well enough. TV was confusing but worked well enough. Parking was far from unit when unloading and loading car. Good location. Bunk bed was not really comfortable but we were busy and tired. There is a squishy spot in shower so i hope that gets looked at. Over we enjoyed our stay at the condo and even seen a bear right down the street. It was good for the weekend.

First off this property is a condo not a cabin. It is also connected to another property that shares walls. The parking is also out of the way compared to the other properties on site. The second bedroom is an open loft area not an enclosed bedroom. There is a big for sale sign on the front window which explains the bare bones nature of this condo. Upon arrival we were told the dishwasher was not working which wasn’t a big deal. We were not however prepared for the musty moldy smell in the place. My son and I both have allergies and by the second day, he was missing activities due to his allergies acting up from the condo and I was forced to take extra medicine which inhibited my ability to enjoy the trip. We let the property manager know and they were supposedly going to come take a look, but we never heard back and the smell remained. Also when it rains as it often does in this area, underneath the windows by the stairway get a black mold line under them. We will NEVER stay at one of their properties again.

DO NOT RECCOMEND!! This cabin is not what we expected! For starters you will have zero Cell service in the cabin which would have been okay if the WiFi didn’t go in and out! First night we got there the AC started leaking all over the kitchen floor. We tried to call for maintenance but got their after hours line which is not helpful as the people answering do not speak English! We were told they would send someone that night. We never saw anyone. The next day spoke to the local office they had someone out right away. There was not nearly a stocked kitchen of utensils or cookware. The dish washer didn’t clean the dishes. The hot tub was filled so full that when we got in it over flowed. The pool is not onsite you have to drive to a different place for the pool. We were very disappointed in our stay. We won’t be back to this company or cabin.

The property overall was good. The hot tub didn't work but after a bear encounter, I was good with not using it anyway. The pool situation is a little weird because there are a number of pools you can use, but they are off property. The property is a little dated but it works great for what it is.

Family Vacation

It was a great location to either the park or the city. There were 3 different pools you were able to go to. It was fairly clean overall. The only issue we had was there was a time we were returning back and there was staff in the chalet with the door open. They said we had requested items that we did not.

Good location

The listing is accurate, but the housing needs some cleaning and additional details to make it cozier. The reason why the location is not perfect is that the line to the parking on the sky slope blocks the entrance and you can be over an 1h in traffic (new year's week) just to reach your parking lot. House was only ready at 5:30pm, not 4pm.

It was fine

The place needs upgrading in a bad way. The carpet felt disgusting. The top bunk was dirty and I had to have someone come clean it. All the tv were either SLOW or didn’t work. The land line wasn’t hooked up and didn’t work. We couldn’t turn the hot tub on and someone had to come fix it. Theirs also a big ant problem. Other than that the location is good.

Great place. Was as described and worked perfect for us and our two tweens. Beds were comfortable place was clean overall. We did have an issue with the dishwasher but a maint guy was sent quickly to fix. I would say the kitchen is only partially equipped as it only had four dinner plates and three cereal bowls, etc. Enough to get by but not really enough to cook full meals with. Cell reception is very spotty that far up the mountain but no fault of theirs and the wifi worked fine. Nice to have a grill, hot tub and community pools to use. Would recommend.

Thought it was a cabin by itself it's like a condo but it's cute and will come back and you will see bear's they are everywhere! And the only thing I really didn't like is the parking, you park far away from your condo.You can't see your car other than that is very nice

Not so Hot

The cabin is definitely right off ski mountain road so much so that while in bed you can hear the road noise. When we arrived we immediately noticed that the front door did not shut tightly which constantly let cold air rush in. We ended up putting a towel under the door to try and warm it up. Although the thermostat was on 70 it did not get above 68 which we figured was due to all the air we could feel from the windows. The cabin needs a good cleaning to get rid of all the cobwebs and past candy dropped. The shower for some reason would never get as warm as the faucet but you can forget taking a hot bath because the tub has no way to prevent the water from draining. We never used the hot tub because it was cold. The correct temperature was set but it was tool cool to enjoy. It was also crammed into a corner with the parking right above it. It was easy to check out but instead of having your own trash can outside you must use the dumpster at the row of parking. It definitely needs cleaning and a few things fixed but besides the sketchy parking lot it was close to downtown Gatlinburg.
