The Space:
Spacious 2 bedroom 2.5 bath Sugar Beach townhome sleeps 8 including a sofa bed in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials for guests to enjoy their own meal prep if they like. Dining table allows plenty of room to enjoy the meal together or play games. Television sets in both bedrooms and the living room. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom (1 tub/shower and 1 shower). Private backyard patio is fully fenced in and has plenty of seating. Washer and Dryer in-unit. Beach access is a 2-minute walk from your front door. Outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet when you return.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the pool and patio area in the center of the Sugar Beach complex year-round. Pool is heated May - November (dates vary). Enjoy walks on the beach and sunsets year-round as well. 2 parking spaces in front of the townhome are designated for your use. Instructions on accessing the unit will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Relaxing Navarre Beach island vibes. Local restaurants, fishing pier, national seashore, and long wide bike paths. Play volleyball on the beach at Juana's Pagodas, enjoy fabulous views/food/drinks at Windjammers, and check out the historic Navarre Fishing Pier!

Other Things to Note:
Out and about, there are restaurants and local shops to enjoy. Half mile away from the majestic Navarre Beach Fishing Pier. Pensacola Beach and Boardwalk are a short drive through the National Seashore. Off the island, Hwy 98 is full of shopping, restaurants, watercraft rentals, various boardwalks along the way and all 30A has to offer.
