This residence had 1950 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living areas, informal and formal dining areas, full kitchen, patio, utility room and a double garage. on a 9500 square feet lot. Beautiful tile flooring throughout this open floor plan.
Also, five minutes walk from Shamrock Park and Nature Center where you have, walk/bike trails, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds, etc. Five minutes driving distances from the beach (Caspersen Beach) and downtown where you will find nice restaurants and entertainment.

A few notes for the property manager: there were no washcloths to bathe with, the second bedroom needs a stool to get in the bed. It’s quite high. Coffee maker was tough to operate.The property was very clean and in a good location close to everything. The neighborhood was not the absolute best, but just ok. Property manager was very easy to work with and responded quickly. Beds were very comfortable and house has been recently renovated. Overall a nice property.

The house was wonderful. Good location. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. Only knock was the bearings on the dryer were wore out and the dryer was loud. Couldn't use it if anyone was sleeping.

Lovely Updated House in Quiet Neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay in this lovely updated house close to Shamrock Trail. The beds, bathrooms and kitchen are all nicely appointed and the living areas were perfect for eat-in meals and lounging. Our host Jose was quick to respond to any communication. We stayed here two years ago also and both stays were excellent.

The house was perfect for us. It was close to everything, clean and the owner very friendly. The bathroom shower needs a new door but other than that the place was pristine! Thanks for an easy and great stay!

Good Location

The house was good. The neighborhood was fine. The manager was very helpful. We were able to walk to Shamrock Park with our dog. 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach. We are planning to stay here again next year.

Responsive host, clean property

My 3 children and I were displaced for repairs to our home a year after Hurricane Ian when mold was discovered during a simple repair. We were initially supposed to stay Oct 8-Nov 6, but we ended up needing to extend twice due to the extent of the damages to our home, and couldn’t go home until December 10th. Jose was great during our stay and communication was very quick and easy. Anything small that happened during our extended stay was immediately taken care of. The home was extremely clean and spacious, and all of the staple items you forget to bring were stocked there as well. Jose is a wonderful host and takes care of his property! Thank you Jose, for a wonderful stay during a stressful time.

Very Dissatisfied Overall-Not a Luxury Home

Mar. 2022- We booked and paid in full for this property for a 34-night stay to begin 1/29/23. On day 27 of our stay, a “New Payment Due” was placed by the host on our VRBO account. Apparently he was unaware we had qualified for VRBO’s “new listing” 20% discount when we booked almost a year earlier. Jose insisted we pay the discounted amount or vacate the property, which would be 6 days earlier than our contract stated. For 3 days, the host harassed and bullied us. After this extreme stress and anxiety & six lengthy calls with VRBO, they stated the host was entirely at fault -we did not owe any additional fees. The host ruined the last week of our vacation. We felt like we were being extorted. The kitchen appliances are in good working order- basic kitchen tools missing; no steak knives, measuring cups, cheese grater, ice cream scoops, pizza cutter, funnel, serving dishes etc. We called it kitchen impossible. Beds/bedding comfortable and bathrooms are updated. Washer and dryer are old but worked. Sectional sofa comfortable and great room is large. The rooster crows next door at all hours of the day/night, bring earplugs. House backs up to a terribly busy connector road facing the lanai. Not a relaxing place to hang out.

Wonderful Stay!

Loved our stay
home is beautiful and spacious. Very clean, recently renovated, and tastefully decorated. All new appliances. Owners provided everything we needed! We especially enjoined having beach chairs and towels to take to the beach. They also left us with a garage door opener which was very helpful when coming and going. We enjoyed the screened in porch with our morning coffee! Convenient location close to the area beaches, and restaurants. We had awesome breakfasts at the Metro Diner, and The Beach Cottage. Took in some beautiful sunsets at the North Jetty on Nokomis Beach. Short drive to the new Atlanta Braves Spring training facility. Fun shopping on Venice Avenue. We will definitely be back!!
