Heated pool! Chill on the covered patio couch with the TV, a Jumbo Jenga & connect4. Take a dip in the pool, grab a drink through the kitchen/outdoor bar patio window while you grill on the built-in Viking. Lay out on a chase lounge and relax as the sun goes down on a couch next to the custom gas fire feature. Inside enjoy two living rooms with arcade games and a fireplace, TVs galore, Ggl Voice Asst., BT sound system, and a mini coffee/breakfast bar for the AM.

The space
Split floor plan offers master BR maximum possible privacy. Two separate living room setups and TVs in every room offers guests all possible variations of hangout and leisure arrangements. Fireplace, arcade games, 7 TVs, adjustable frame master BR king bed, friends/family board games, professional poker table overlay with chips, privacy screens for the three sliding glass doors, 2-car garage, Googl voice asst, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN Unlimited, jumbo outdoor Jenga and jumbo outdoor Connect 4, Built-in Viking grill, custom outdoor hand-built gas fire feature with couch and chairs, heated/chilled pool ($50 per day with minimum 5 day notice. This house was very, clean, comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go...the pool area was something out of a magazine...sure wish the weather would have cooperated and we could have used the pool!The owner of the house was very accommodating and helpful...he was able to send us info of where to go eat, shop and things to do...we did go to one of his recommended places, an excellent Italian restaurant for dinner...I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix...A

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time. Everything is as described on the listing, Jason is wonderful to work with and great with communication and information. We decided to heat the pool and we were so glad we did. The kids love coming here for the video games and space to spread out and I love having a hoe base while we visit family. We will be returning again!

Everything about this home—inside and out—was truly exceptional and made our Christmas holiday with family incredibly special. The house was immaculate and in pristine condition, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. From a perfectly equipped kitchen and well-appointed bathrooms to the outdoor pool area and games, everything we could possibly need was provided and then some.Jason was a pleasure to work with—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. Arriving on Christmas Day to find snacks and beverages waiting for us was such a thoughtful and generous touch and made us feel immediately at home.We also loved the location. Having direct access to the canal trail made it easy to enjoy long, leisurely walks all the way to the Biltmore area, which was a highlight of our stay.This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and will be our go to place when we return (if it's available!!).

What a beautiful home with an amazing Host! Sparkling clean, creative details throughout that make you feel grateful and right at home! Music playing as we walk in and look around! How inviting! Such a lovely place with a thoughtful touch! The backyard was great for games, s’mores and just hanging out! We really enjoyed the pool with our grandson! Graduation Trip

This was undoubtedly the most well-equipped VRBO that we've experienced! The owner has thought of everything one might need to ensure a perfect stay. Our most favorite VRBO stay so far!

Absolutely lovely home in a cute, clean and safe neighborhood near the canal trail. The home was so incredibly clean, well appointed and comfortable. The extra little touches we didn’t expect made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The back yard was a perfect place to retreat anytime of day and we all loved the pool. We will save this one for future stays in Phoenix! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a clean, cute, quiet getaway. Niece’s Wedding

This was easily the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had! Communications from Jason were timely, friendly, and thorough. We love this place!

We spent 3 nights of our Spring Break trip to AZ here and my family absolutely loved it. Our 6 and 9 year old sons spent hours playing basketball in the pool and there was more than enough space for our family. The attention to detail in the design of the outside and interior spaces was so impressive. We had the most lovely stay and Jason made us feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic home

We loved everything about this rental. Everything was as described in the listing and honestly so much more. My family enjoyed the pool, patio, and all the space we had to spread out and relax. There were games, tvs and extras to keep the kids busy and playing. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook and grill. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We loved the easy access to the canal for running and walking and the close by restaurant that we could walk to. We visit family in AZ often and this has been a top rental for us and we look forward to staying again.

The ONLY place to stay in Phoenix

If you’re going to Phoenix this is the place you need to stay! They bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. This house was clean and beautiful and full of so many bonuses. Toothbrushes, snacks, water, alcohol
