The Worldmark Resort at Seaside is located right on the beach. You will love walking the boardwalk, listening to the waves from your patio, and exploring the unique restaurants and shops in downtown Seaside. You won't need your car the whole time. Everything is walkable, or rent some bikes to enjoy the town!

We love the pool, hot tubs, game room, and playing in the sand!

This condo is fully furnished with everything you need including:
- Full kitchen
- Gas fireplace
- Outdoor patio with gas BBQ
- Washer/Dryer in unit

You will check in at the main World Mark Front Desk, and receive your room keys and other info. You will need to provide ID that matches the reservation name and a major credit card for a damage deposit hold.

As this is a resort vacation rental, you will have the whole condo to yourself. You also have access to shared amenities at the resort including:

· Outdoor heated pools and Hot Tubs year-round
· Activities Center
· Business Center Computer with Internet
· Fitness Center

The resort strictly limits the amount of guests to 8.
No pets allowed. fee for WIFI.
