Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows:

Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 5pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 12pm(3/15-10/31)

However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

KING TIDE LOOKOUT at Seaside Beach: The beach is calling! Come and enjoy family gatherings on the  Oregon Coast or just a weekend getaway! This home is just one house back from the Prom, and a short walk to Downtown Seaside. Take in the breathtaking views from the top floor of the home, where you can watch the king tides in the winter and sunsets in the summer. Snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on cool nights. The large deck is great for taking in the sites and time with family and friends. There is a second living room space off the bunk room, with a kitchenette. Great for multigenerational families. 2785 sq feet single family home, sleeps 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.

The King Tide Lookout is an excellent location. Walkable to downtown and the beach. Ocean views from the main living area. The house has tons of space and is very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Onsite parking is a bonus. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This home is stunning and so comfortable to stay in. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults. It was wonderful to find a place that is dog friendly with a fenced yard to take them potty. We loved the fireplace and comfy couch. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

View and space!

Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding. Lots of space and storage. Easy and fast communication with host. Bed situation was fine for my group, but might be a challenge if you’re staying with more than 2 couples.

Quick Getaway

This property was the perfect location for our family getaway. The beach views and outside seating were cozy. There was plenty of space for the littles to play while the rest of us played cards. Everything was within walking distance but far enough removed to enjoy our space. We will definitely be back.

Great house for a family and right by the beach

This is a beautiful, large house right by the prom and only 6 blocks to downtown. The living room/kitchen/dining area is open and the floor to ceiling windows have a great view of the ocean. There is a large balcony/deck with a grill and table and chairs, so its the perfect place to watch the sun set!

Winter weekend at the coast

We had a wonderful weekend! The view of the beach was perfect, and we all enjoyed sitting in the chairs overlooking the deck, so we could have our coffee in the warmth of the house. We also sat by the cozy gas fireplace while we watched our teams play college football. The kids loved the bunk beds and the playhouse, as well as the proximity to the beach and Prom. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the deep driveway to keep our car off the narrow street. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home in Great Location

The house is beautiful and clean but also cozy and comfortable. I loved looking at the ocean through the big west facing windows. The location is great, just one house away from the promenade and we enjoyed walking to fun shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs while the adults were upstairs. I can't think of anything that I would change and I would absolutely stay again if I had the chance.

We had a fantastic time as a family! The layout of the house is a little different. But it was nice having a huge common area upstairs. I wish the kitchen was better stocked. And it would be nice if there was a direct number you could call and speak with someone and not have to go through several prompts

Not impressed

No extra blankets anywhere, no extra paper towels. I had to go buy more. Underneath the kids bunk beds were screws sticking out and one of our kids got cut on their thigh from them. Communication with the property was almost non existent when we really needed stuff. And then once I messaged and said I was not happy with the amount of supplies here then they started calling me and trying to help. We won’t be going through this company again. Love the house, just not the amount of supplies. We had 5 kids and one roll of paper towels isn’t enough for that.
