Cute and Clean

Check in process was extremely easy, room was very cute and clean. Quiet neighborhood with the exception of the frogs at night haha. Great area and was close to everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will say that I did not notice the bathroom is kind of open air, so just a heads up for others that may not be fully comfortable with that.

Perfect little "Ohana" in a beautiful, historic neighborhood with fast, easy access to Hilo town. The unit is clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very responsive when I had questions. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Lovely Stay

I loved how this unit was part of a home but we never saw anyone else while we were there. Communication was clear and available before and during our stay. They were so accommodating and it was the perfect location, close to town but still felt apart from the hustle and bustle. It was nicely appointed and above all else, easy.

Amazing Stay

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful place. Conveniently located within a few minutes of downtown Hilo, yet evenings are very peaceful! We highly recommended staying here.

Just a great 2nd time around!

The was the 2nd stay here in under 2 years, and it’s a super spot. Peaceful, and you are at one with nature. We will absolutely be back next time we’re on the Hilo side.

Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great host, very accommodating to all our requests. Minutes from shops and restaurants. Place was clean and as described. If we are ever in Hilo again we will definitely stay here.

Tucked away jewel

Quiet tucked away place pretty central to Hilo. Easy to go north or south for adventures. Tanner was very quick to get us a bottle opener and glasses and then extra coffee for the morning. Only noise came from the frogs 🐾

Serenity

Having stayed at this property in the past, we went out of our way to vacation in Hilo in order to take a much needed break from the hustle of tourism in Hawaii!! The hosts are incredibly friendly and very accommodating of our special requests. Reed's Island is an oasis within the bayfront area of Hilo. Highly recommend this rental!

Gorgeous

We loved our stay at Reeds island. It was drizzly during our stay so the covered parking was incredible. The space was extremely clean and welcoming. The bed is so comfortable. Hearing the soothing coquis the first night brought me so much nostalgia from when we lived on island. The hosts are super sweet and accommodating. We would stay again!
