Great house with a wonderful pool and backyard

The home is very comfortable, lots of room, backyard and pool very nice. Neighborhood is one of my favorites in Phoenix. The owner is quick to respond to emails. I would stay at this property again.

What a Home

Very nice home with UNBELIEVEABLE back yard!! Pool is amazing, and that is just the beginning!! Gazebo's, yes more than one, grill, lemon tree, you could have a football game in the back yard!! Homeowner was VERY nice, took care of a couple small issues immediately!! Home was VERY WELL stocked with everything needed!! Hope to be able to rent again in the future!!

Great home, well equipped

Pros: Beautiful and spacious home, well equipped with kitchen ware & toiletries, gorgeous backyard, clean, easy entry, very walkable and pretty neighborhood surrounding the golf course, close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Good communication with the host. Cons: Backs up to a busy intersection, inside cameras (ask to have them deactivated).

Great location and beautiful home

We spent Thanksgiving here and loved the house, yard and location. It's a quick walk to the Wigwam and the grocery store was really close by. We have adult children and the only negative we had was that all the guest room beds were really hard. Some might like that but they were a little too hard for our comfort.

Great Place

This property is amazing. The house and yard are very spacious and clean throughout. I recommend requesting the temperature of the heated pool be increased if you’re staying in a season other than summer. It was a bit chilly for our springtime stay. There are also cameras inside the house in the common areas. We didn’t much care for that. Overall amazing property otherwise.
