Comfortable large condo, one floor. Well equipped. Had everything we needed.

We rented this property because the Wigwam was sold out for the conference we were attending there. It's about a 20-30 minute walk or a short Uber ride over there and it turned out to be a great option for us.

Spring Training Stay and Spring Break Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy condo. The accommodations were perfect for the 5 of us! Special touches inside the condo and the communication with Trini made it all the more welcoming. We made daily use of the well stocked kitchen, as well as the jacuzzi and basketball courts very close by. We highly recommend this property in a quiet setting, yet just minutes from so many offerings.

Perfect location for spring training

This house was the perfect size to host us for spring training. It was nice to have room to relax when we were not at a game. The neighborhood was beautiful and I enjoyed my daily runs and walks. There is a great park down the road for my boys to play baseball. I highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful condo

This property is great! Had everything you could need. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, community pool (although we didn't have time to enjoy it), and a gas fireplace! Neighborhood is quiet. Host response was quick! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Experience

The condo is beautiful and the 15 foot ceilings make it seem huge! Trini the owner was a delight to deal with - replied to my questions promptly and so helpful. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Perfect location for families

We found this villa in Litchfield Park to be a perfect home for our family during our time in Phoenix. The floor plan is good in that it provides some privacy for all. Everything was so clean and organized. And then just outside is a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths, parks with play toys, and even a soccer field! Litchfield Park also has a World Zoo, which is amazing and very close! Thank you Trini for everything!
