Enjoy your time at this amazing beachfront property! Recently updated and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. Unlike some properties- LINENS INCLUDED. All beds will be made prior to arrival. We provide it all: baby items, kids dishes, books, games, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, even beach towels are available for your use! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would expect to find at home. Pack light and utilize the in house washer and dryer.

We have a private hot tub on the deck, outdoor heated community pool (open daily from 10am to dusk April 1st-October 31st) a few doors down, and direct access to the beach. Spend your day by the pool or on the beach and shower it off in our hot water outdoor shower space.

Need to stay connected? No worries, the property has 1Gbps high speed wifi! The highest speeds available on the island.

This property is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex in the Villas by the Sea community. Once you park in the private parking area (max 4 vehicles), load your luggage into the elevator for easy unloading on the first floor. Here you will find a fully stocked kitchen, and large dining area to share your family meals. A living room area with smart TV and paid access to Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, and ESPN as well as board games and books available for those rare rainy days at the beach. The first level also has a king sized master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom- perfect for those who may have mobility limitations.

Walk up the stairs to find an additional king sized master bedroom with direct balcony access. The second bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed- also with direct balcony access and gorgeous ocean views. All bedrooms equipped with smart TVs. This floor is finished with a bunk room perfect for the kids! Enjoy two sturdy twin over twin bunkbeds- perfect for kids of all ages.

Want a more private experience? The entire 3rd floor is a master suite with a king sized bed and your very own private deck.

We take pride in owning this property and providing a stress free vacation for you and your family!

Girls get away

We had a group of 11 that came from all over the world to stay. We had an absolutely fantastic time! The kitchen was well stocked and the views amazing! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect location, great house for family!

This is one of the best stocked houses we’ve ever stayed in! From Tupperware for left overs to pool and beach toys, this house had it all! The owner is super responsive and has thought of everything to make sure your stay is just like being at home. Spectacular views from every floor!

Great get away!

It's a huge house with many levels, fantastic for a lot of family/friends to get together as stay. This was just my husband and I and we actually stayed on the 3rd level for the view!!! It was so beautiful! I would recommend this house to stay in if going to Topsail!

We loved being right on the water. There are plenty of beach towels and chairs. The kitchen is well stocked. The owner has considerate toiletries in all of the bathrooms. It was a great stay and we'd love to come back again.

A Great Home Away from Home

Our annual family beach trip brings us to North Topsail Beach and we like trying a different house each time. This year was Jeremy & Erin's home and it was such a great experience. They were very responsive and we had no issues with our stay! Perfect beachfront place with kids, right by the pool and down the street from tge ice cream shop. The extra beach towels were SUPER helpful, as well as the large sectional in the livingroom with our big family. The games and Roku was needed for the kiddos after they were all sunned out for the day. Would love to stay again next year!

Family vacation

Everything about this property made it a fantastic family vacation! Location, cleanliness, amenities and the layout of the property were excellent. We only needed to bring food and drinks, everything else, from bed linens to beach towels were provided for the entire family. Location, Location

Great location, steps to beach. Furnishings were family friendly, good bedroom space for adults and children. Elevator a definite plus. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Family room space a little small, but open to kitchen and dining for overflow. Additional furniture on porch would be appreciated, since it accomodates 8 adults...there were only 4 chairs.

Great property in a great location. The property was in excellent condition as advertised by the owners. The beach wasn't too crowded. All appliances worked well. No issues. The followup with the owners was good. They checked with me to ensure that we were satisfied. All in all, a very relaxing week for my family.

Overall very pleased with our stay

We really want to thank our hosts Jeremy and Erin. The property is exactly as it is described. We loved being right on the beach. We loved the large kitchen and family size dining room table. While there were issues with a few things (broken ice maker tray, delivery and assembly of bedroom furniture while we were there, dirty dishes in the cabinets, odd smell in the large second floor bedroom, 3rd floor jacuzzi jets not working) overall the condo was great and a wonderful experience!

Excellent Experience

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We've been coming to Topsail Island for years and this was easily the most seamless experience for booking the property, utilizing the facilities and amenities, and understanding the expectations of the owners and their expectations of us as users. We thought the directions and explanations before and during our stay were great. Having linens, beach toys, and chairs available was awesome and made things so much easier for our group. We didn't use the baby equipment, but as parents we can appreciate how helpful that would be if needed. The whole property was very clean and well kept. Unlike other houses that we've stayed in on the island, we didn't have any issues with the air conditioning unit and the house felt comfortable on all levels. The layout is really good for families. The access to the pool was wonderful. And we really liked that parking was not directly on the main road. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Experience

This was hands down one of the best rental experiences I have had. We were celebrating my 30th birthday with friends and family. The house is gorgeous, clean, well stocked, and well maintained. From the helpful, nice owners down to everything you could think of being provided for you this was a great experience. Even makeup wipes were provided for us. Some may find the notes around the house unnecessary but every time I had a question I could find an answer without having to search or contact the host. I loved it. Our power went out during a storm and the host contacted me back immediately, and you guessed it they were prepared for that as well with multiple flashlights at the ready. We had an amazing, relaxing, long weekend and couldn’t be more thankful for such great host!

Great family getaway spot

Equipped with everything you need in a quiet location with convenient shops near by. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, listening to the waves crashing and walking down to the pier to watch the sunrise. The elevator also made it accessible for my grandmother in her wheelchair. Highly recommended and will be back whenever we can! Thanks Erin and Jeremy!

What a view!

From the elevator luggage assist to the sturdy rocking chairs on the 3 level balcony, this was exactly what the doctor ordered! Great communication and very understanding owners (we had a medical emergency arise) the place and neighbors were great. The hot tub was inviting and a perfect way to relax after a long day at the base visiting a sick military daughter. Each level offers it's own bit of privacy and space, all while being welcoming and home feeling. Loved hearing the surf all night and waking to a gorgeous view of the water. Kitchen was open and made meal prep easy and pleasant. Thank-you so much for an enjoyable stay.

Friendly Responsive Hosts

The property owners were nice and really quick to respond to questions or issues. They also left detailed information for an easy seamless check-in and checkout, along with locations for grocery shopping, restaurants and local fun things to do. The beach house is a perfect location and fully stocked with everything you need for a large family/friend gathering and getaway.

We lived in North Carolina for almost 5 years and fell in love with the North Topsail area. Once moving back home to the Northeast, we decided we needed a reason to go back and bought this property to enjoy ourselves and share our favorite beach with others!

North Topsail is an amazing beach with great weather. This property provides an oceanfront experience while also giving the variety of pool access. Having young children ourselves, the property is kid and family friendly and provides a great vacation experience for all.

Like all properties on this island, the ocean views from the three levels of balconies on this beachfront home are top notch. Unlike most other properties, we supply all linens and starter supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc). We pride ourselves in being family and kid friendly and our goal is to give you every amenity you could possibly need to provide a stress free vacation experience.
