Nestled in the Summertree Village community, you can enjoy a fabulous outdoor pool, patio & grill, or take the fun inside at the indoor pool, hot tub & sauna. All while being only a 5 min walk to the beach, Ocean Annie’s & necessities.

Buddy’s Cove is less than 10 min from Barefoot Landing & less than 15 min from Broadway @ the Beach!!

Gracious and friendly host, cozy and comfortable condo

Great condo for a family getaway! The ocean is just a walk down the street! Lovely main bedroom and 2nd bedroom with lots of space for your family to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for our yearly family's get together!

We enjoyed all aspects of this stay. The information provided was very detailed and required no follow-up during the stay. It was a short walk to the beach, nice outdoor pool to enjoy and great accommodations inside the condo. Would highly recommend the location and the owners.

The whole experience was wonderful. Chris, Lauren and Buddy were very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The house is well maintained and having 2 floors was an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great experience

The unit had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have both the pool and easy access to the beach, and the beach supplies came in very handy. Communication with the hosts was very easy. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Myrtle Beach.

Much Needed Break!

The condo was clean, comfy and cozy. Perfect for a quick getaway! Lots of space and everything you need is right there. Lauren and Chris were so helpful and always available for questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great location, clean place, quiet neighborhood feel.

Communication from Chris was fantastic for both the check in and check out processes. We were able to get in early, which really helped start off our vacation well. The place was clean upon arrival and the starter supplies were great. Location to the beach was 10 minute walk. The 2 community pools were very conveniently located. Beach equipment was useful. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating in the living room for our entire family.

Spring break weekend getaway

We had a really great experience all around. Chris was very helpful and reached out to make sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. He was very easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions I had. The condo was really clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I really appreciated the deadbolt on the front door that had a double lock, one for each side so my son couldn’t get out unless we unlocked the door with a key. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we come back to Myrtle beach.

AMAZINGGGGG

We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! Every room was extremely spacious. There are plenty of places to relax and play games and just hang out. The cute screened in room was so peaceful for coffee in the morning or wine at night. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is always a must have for us. Every room was thoroughly cleaned. There were beach chairs and a blender, which made for the perfect combination of making margaritas and then taking a 1 1/2 minute walk to the beach!! You can pretty much see the ocean once you step outside the property. There is literally a beach bar and grill on the beach just steps outside of the residence. Owners are extremely kind and accommodating, with super fast response time to answer any questions we had. Thank you so much again for our beautiful stay. We will definitely be back! ☀️💛

Amazing condo

The pictures did not do this condo justice. It was spacious, comfortable, clean with lots of amenities. The location made it easy to get everywhere. The beds and the comforters were extremely comfortable. I visit every year and this was my best stay thus far. Overall, I highly recommend.

Hi! We're the Lentz Family. We love the simple things in life: sunshine, scenery, and saltwater.

Currently, we reside in Baltimore, Maryland. Lauren is a Baltimore City Public School teacher and an Entrepreneur. Chris works as a Government Contractor. We were happily married in Destin, Florida in May 2021 after 7 years of dating. We rescued our dog, Buddy, in July 2021. Our Buddy boy loves to travel with us and wags a little bit more when he's at the beach (just like his Dad!)

We are friendly, low-key, and aim to be in the present: wherever the destination- we feel blessed!

Our love for the simple things in life (sun, scenery, and saltwater) is what drew us to Myrtle Beach in 2014, and we have been in love with it ever since. Whether it is a lowkey, low-country Fall evening, or an adventurous summer day in the sand, the tides are always turning in your favor at Myrtle Beach!

In the Winter of 2021, we finally achieved our dream of owning a property in this beautiful area. As the new owners, we will be updating our condo during the first few weeks of April (New pictures coming soon!). We are excited for couples, families, and friends to experience the same joy we have had vacationing here over the years and are looking forward to providing an A+ experience for all guests.

Our beach condo is unique because of its spacious layout. Unlike many other units within the Summertree Village Resort, our condo is two stories. One of our favorite features of our condo is our screened-in patios that overlook the beautiful pool and courtyard. Even on the hottest of summer days, the ceiling fans and covered porch provide the ultimate airy oasis.

Another benefit of our condo is it is a corner unit, which means beautiful natural light during the day, and peace and privacy at night.

As of April 18th, our condo is equipped with newly updated features, like new bathrooms, new bedroom furniture, new carpet, new TVs/ technology, and new paint!

Our condo offers incredible amenities! Renting here comes with access to a beautiful outdoor pool, patio and grill, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, and only a short walk to the expansive beach!

If you're looking for adventure, our condo is in the best location! We are a 5-minute walk away from Ocean Annie's, and Flip Flop's Bar & Grill, two local favorites for good food and drinks.

In addition, our condo is about 10 minutes (drive) from Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and the Tanger Outlets (to name a few main attractions.).
