This home comes with access allowed to its 3 car finished garage. The driveway is big enough for additional parking.

The home has a master suite on the main floor, with its own en suite full bath with 2 sinks and a walk in shower. There is an additional bedroom on the main floor with a twin over full bunk bed perfect for a kids room, but comfortable enough for an additional adult couple. The living room boasts a newly remodeled modern décor, fireplace, and open floor plan with a large dining area and kitchen. The dining table sits 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is newly remodeled with high end appliances, solid surface counter tops and a large island for hosting and gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with a four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and all the amenities needed for some gourmet cooking.

The back of the home has a spacious three seasons room with comfortable seating to enjoy yet more views of the lake.

The second floor has an additional two bedrooms, each with its own king bed, a loft area with its own reading nook, and an additional bonus room with extra sleeping space, games for kids, and a movie room. The bonus room is stocked with video games, board games, kids books, and plenty of space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves while leaving the rest of the house for the parents to enjoy. The second floor has its own deck with its own seating area to enjoy spectacular views of the lake.

The home also has a third floor bonus room with 360 degree views of Lake Minnetonka. This vista room is set up to be used as an office, workout room, or sitting room. DOCK: The dock is for your enjoyment with 24-hour access. Bring your own boat, or rent from one of the several nearby marinas to enjoy. The owner will occasionally dock a boat on one side of the dock, and will on occasion access their boat. Advance notice will generally be given.
