We would definitely stay here again! The place was clean, had a beautiful view, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with! The only thing I would say is if you are driving a pickup truck the parking spaces can be tight fitting but definitely a minimal thing and didn't impact our trip! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Another amazing stay!

At this point, Patty’s Place is our go-to spot in OCMD! It’s great proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city, but then you get to stay in the beauty and calm of the bay. My family always leaves feeling so much more relaxed and satisfied after staying at Patty’s!

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my family for our little vacation. It was nice and cozy it felt like home. Everything was so easy to book and the property manager was awesome she replied to every question so promptly. The place is beautiful very clean and very well kept.

Quick Getaway

Traveled to OCMD for a basketball tournament. Patty’s place was lovely. Very nicely decorated & CLEAN. Such a relaxing place to unwind at the end of some busy days.

Found this great place on Vrbo while looking for a mini-week. Making the reservation was easy, and once familiar with the Vrbo app, communication with the host was timely and helpful. Beautiful bayfront location,as pictured,which we loved. We planned to drive up to Coastal Hwy for beach access based on another review re: parking near the Acme. Condo very clean and well appointed. We’d book again.

Yearly summer vacation in OCMD

BEST experience ever! We have been coming to Ocean City for 10 years and this was the first time we stayed at a condo. The location was amazing, right on the bay. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony every day. I can’t say enough about the location and how amazing and clean the condo was. Definitely will book again. Check in and check out was so easy. Patty made this stay one of our bests vacations in OCMD.

Amazing Property!

The Condo was in a great neighborhood, it was quiet and close to the beach. Acme grocery store at the end of the street. Two Balconies to enjoy coffee in the morning. The one that overlooks the Bay gave us an incredible show of turtles, baby jellyfish, and shanks in the morning hours. Love that there were sand toys and accessories for the beach available to use. Patty made the check in process extremely easy and was readily available if we had questions or needed anything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and we loved our stay in Ocean City. We would Definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the view

Easy contact with owner, Patty. Enjoyed the pool very much and so did my two boys. Had a plumbing issue, but Patty was quick to respond. Glad I got damage protection and it happened on our last day! There was no air fryer although it is listed as such. Both beds were higher than normal making it hard for my nine year old to get on and off, but we had a pull out couch he could use. Washer wasn’t working, but was informed after booking. A good stay overall.

Just right in OC

This bayside condo was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 teens.) Great location facing the bay and North Side Park. Updated decor and features. Very clean - spotless. Renter was very easy to work with and responded to messages promptly. Neighboring condo owners who lived on site were very nice as well and welcoming. Would book again for sure. The ONLY issue we had was with the washer not working, it broke the week before us, and we were unaware. We had planned our vacation packing based on having use of a washer on site. When we reached out to the owner, they were shocked that Vrbo hadn't notified us since they had updated that info for the Welcome email. So issue was really with Vrbo, not with the actual owner.
