This delightfully updated coastal-themed 3 bedroom, 3 bath two-story townhome sits directly across from the world-famed and newly renovated Harbour Town Links Clubhouse, Smith Stearns Tennis Center and the Harbour Town pool. Just a few steps to all the shops, restaurants and playground encircling the gorgeous Harbour Town yacht basin. This is the place to be!

Relaxing retreat featuring spacious 3BR / 3BA and professionally decorated coastal beach theme. Located in the heart of the Harbour Town Yacht Basin and just steps away from the fairways of Harbour Town Golf Links and the Harbour Town pool. The seasonal Sea Pines Trolley offers complimentary transport around the local area, including the Sea Pines Beach Club.

A recently renovated open living space creates a sense of airy comfort incorporating a spacious living room, with pull-out sofa and formal dining. A wide set of patio sliding doors gives way to the tranquil outdoor patio. Inside, the kitchen enjoys a large footprint with all the basics you'll need. On the same floor is a queen bedroom, connecting bath and utility room with full-sized washer and dryer.

The second floor features a spacious master king bedroom with large walk-in closet and bathroom en suite. Next to the master is a third bedroom featuring two double beds and separate bath.

A Perfect Stay in Sea Pines!Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious condo in Sea Pines last week. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, scenic walk to Harbour Town and the marina, where we enjoyed evening drinks, delicious dinners, and stunning views of the iconic lighthouse.The condo itself was immaculate, well-decorated, and had more than enough space and accommodations for our whole group. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were fantastic—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great location

The location was perfect; steps from golf, pool, and all the shops and restaurants in Harbour Town. The beach was a short drive. The parking and check-in was easy and the condo was well equipped with everything you need, including beach towels and gear. It was especially nice that the owners provided paper products and soap and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and organized, and the living & dining room were great for gathering with family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was very helpful.

Post-Christmas Getaway

We’ve stayed in Sea Pines several times and this is by far our favorite place. Despite, rare snow and ice for a couple of days, we had a nice time and Brian did what he could to helpus out with clearing the snow. This condo is AMPLY equipped with dishwasher pods, laundry pods, cleaning supplies, paper supplies and spices which are all greatly appreciated!

Amazing location and wonderful stay!

The location of this condo is perfect- within easy walking distance to the pool, shops at Harbour Town, and the lighthouse. There is a convenient shuttle to the beach right across the street. The inside of the condo was updated, clean, very comfortable, and well-stocked with essentials! Communication by the owner was great! We were very pleased with our stay!

Great property and location

We had a great stay here in Sea Pines. Brian was very communicative and check in and out was very easy. The place is incredibly well stocked, clean and spacious. We loved the location - being right at the marina, across from the golf clubhouse, and surrounded by walking and biking trails. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Sea Pines Villa

We came down for a short golf trip and it was an amazing rental. Very clean. Right across the street from Harbour Town Golf Links and was really close to all the courses around Hilton Head.
