WE HAVE REPAIRED HURRICANE DAMAGE AND ARE READY TO GO!!

This modern family home is located on a beautiful channel with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy beautiful sunsets in this quiet location from the fully screened back porch or fish in the channel from the back patio. Located walking distance from the famous Stan's Bar and Restaurant with live music 6 nights a week and just a 10 minute drive to the white beaches of Marco Island, there is no shortage of things to do or ways to relax.

This beautiful home has been intentionally prepared to maximize your vacation experience. Two king bedrooms create spacious accommodations for the adults while the bunk room with twin-over-full bunk bed PLUS full trundle bed maximize space for the kids (or extra adult friends!).

We vacation here with our family as well so all the daily need items have been thought of and included. From the fully stocked kitchen and pantry to toiletry items and cleaning supplies to outdoor and beach toys, this place will feel like home from day one!

Great Place!

My husband and I really enjoy visiting the Goodland community and were excited to find this place to stay. Excellent well taken care of home. The host was very thorough in communicating information to us prior to and during our stay. Hope to return again next winter!

Immaculate house with everything you need in off the beaten track Goodland!

Our family of 6 couldn't have been happier with our stay. Goodland is wonderful if you'd like to experience "old world" Florida. The house is perfectly located for boating, with a launch just a few hundred yards away. The house is immaculate, with everything you expect to find in a rental and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great for boating!

So glad we found this adorable vacation property in charming Goodland! My husband & I were traveling with one other couple, so it was very nice that there were 2 rooms with king size beds and we each had our own bathroom. It is clear the owner takes pride in providing guests a comfortable stay. The home was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen is well stocked and had everything you could think of. We enjoyed being able to moor our boat right at the property for pur entire stay. We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful Marco Island area. There are several options for dining/entertainment within walking distance too. Overall, the only downside was that we didn't plan to stay longer!

Ultimate boating/fishing stay

The overall check-in and checkout process was great. Communication with Ben was easy and quick. The check-in paperwork explained everything very well. We had a total of 3 boats and there was plenty of room to tie boats up for a lunch break of fishing. The boat ramp is right around the corner. Fishing is usually really good, but this 4 day stay only had a day and a half of good fishing. We are also artificial only anglers. The house was perfect for 5 adults with plenty of room to not be ontop of each other. Parking was a piece of cake with 3 trucks and trailers. We will be back for another Fishing stay

Goodland Gem

Our family takes an annual fishing trip to Goodland and this year we were so excited to find this home. The home was very clean and well appointed. The owner was great with communications and personally took time to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the dock, screened porch, and great storage in the garage for all our fishing equipment. We appreciate being able to use the boat lift and were also able to tie up a second boat because of how large the lot is here. The floor plan was open and the family room area had enough comfortable seating for our family of 5 to relax in the evenings together after a long day in the sun. I would like to thank the owners for making this available for our family to enjoy during our Goodland stay. We will be back.

Memorial Day Weekend Trip

This rental property was perfect for our family vacation. The instructional book provided by the property owners was helpful in ensure that we got the most out of the property. Our kids were able to fish directly off the dock and we enjoyed easy access to the Gulf of Mexico from the property. The house was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely re-book a trip for a future visit. There are three bar/restaurants within a five minute walk from the property. The house is a ten minute drive to Marco island.

We love the quiet charm that Goodland has to offer. Not as "touristy" and crowded as Marco Island but just a few minute drive away you can still enjoy the shops, restaurants and beaches Marco has to offer whenever you want. The streets have more golf carts than cars, neighbors are friendly and multiple restaurants are within walking distance, including the legendary Stan's Idle Hour with live music 6 nights a week.
