Lovely older home with great features. Lots of room, big kitchen and bedrooms. Big loft area upstairs. Host messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok. We would certainly stay here again.

Spencer was an amazing host. The apartment is very large and well appointed. There was a small issue with the shower door gone misusing but we didn’t mention it because Spencer was clearly on top of it already. The location is great right next to the main drag. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Cute property. Love the rose bush in the backyard. Bring a chair so you can relax on the back deck and enjoy the birds and squirrels. Literally 1 block from Main street. You can find numerous restaurants, bars, stores, and more all eithin walking distance. We even walked over to watch the 4th of July parade.

The house was really nice, close to downtown. My only complaints were the showers. Upstairs has a handheld shower head which and downstairs was broken, with a plastic liner that was kinda hard to use. Showers still worked and got the job done. Other than that, I'd give this place. 10/10.

Hamilton area Home Away from Home

We enjoyed our stay in Hamilton very much. We were there for a sporting event @ Spooky Nook. the location was so convenient! We had dinner on Main street and enjoyed the neighborhood (sometimes at these events you don't get to see cute areas) so a bonus! the house itself was very nice - would recommend to anyone for a cozy & comfortable option. Thank you!!

Nicely renovated older home with some minor inconveniences

I really wanted to give this a full 5 stars. It is a lovely and clean home in a nice location with a responsive owner all at a great price point. However, the bathrooms and shower set up is less than ideal. The upstairs bathroom is a good size and can accommodate three rooms with the exception of the shower. There is a handheld shower head but it’s not long enough for adults to actually reach high enough to wash hair without bending over or sitting in the tub. The downstairs bathroom is tiny! If you are sitting on the toilet, the left side of your body is actually touching the shower. The shower stall is ample size but the shower head is very high and not adjustable. If you are below 5’5” you are basically pressed against the outside of the shower to wash your hair. The shower door was broken when we were there. There was a curtain up but it really did not work well with the way it was set up. We ended up leaving towels down to keep from flooding the bathroom. I’d say this has been broken for awhile as the curtain was getting mildew and had discoloration. This was kind of a pain but at the great price point and limited time we were there we made it work.

The house was nice size. Easy to get to met all of our needs. The only complaint i had the beds were very hard. And the upstairs tub had no plug and you couldnt stand to take a shower. Other wise it was cozy and had all the necessitys we needed.

Location, location, location

I booked Spencer’s property to share with two other siblings and their partners for our sister’s birthday weekend. The property works so well for the three couples. The location was perfect! We parked our car on arrival Thursday evening and didn’t use the car until we checked out Monday morning. We really enjoyed exploring the new Hamilton along Main and High Streets. So many great new restaurants and shops.
