About this space
Beautiful two bedroom apartment walking distance to some of the best the Elmwood village had to offer.
Across the street from the Richardson Complex and a short walk to restaurants, Buffalo State, Delaware Park, Hoyt Lake, Elmwood and the new ATK Allbright Knox Art Gallery. Minutes to downtown, medical campus and canalside. Short drive to Niagara Falls and Canadian border.
The space
Newly remodelled beautiful two bedroom apartment in a great location in Elmwood Village.
Comfortable living room with new smart tv and cable. Two bedrooms with brand new king and queen beds. King bedroom has small
Walk in closet.
New appliances in furnished kitchen. Basement with front load washer and dryer.
Parking is on the street but since most neighbors have driveways you should be able to park I right in front of house.
Guest access
Great walkable neighborhood. Across the street from Richardson Complex. (Bike share is located on Richardson Complex)Short walk or bike to some great restaurants and bars on Elmwood. Hoyt lake and Delaware Park one mile away.
Short drive or Uber to downtown and Canalside. Less than three miles to medical corridor. Under 30 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Apartment was clean and very cozy. As stated off street parking , most times found a parking spot in front of house, one night had to park around corner, which was not a big deal for us at all. There is a tenant upstairs that you could hear walking around in the am, again not an issue for us but may be for others that want to sleep late. Location was excellent , 10-15 minutes from Keybank Stadium and restaurants within walking range, didn’t have a chance to walk around but safe cute neighborhood, would definitely stay again!

Great place in a safe and close location to Notre dame Pet friendly with a nice big backyard with a propane fire pit. Host was very responsive to our needs. Would def stay again.

On a whirlwind trip to Buffalo, New York, to visit family, you can still experience some of the city's highlights despite the tight schedule.One must-do is a visit to Niagara Falls, just a 20-minute drive away. Nice apartment but the parking was very difficult. It would be great for a younger person who can walk more and carry groceries, etc. the beds, sheets and pillows were not as nice as I have had at all my previous stays in Buffalo. The place was spacious and pretty. the owner was responsive to our needs.

Beautiful Buffalo

What a great stay! Great, old-school 2 flat apartment that smelled like my childhood home - warm wood and plaster combining to make a great old-house smell. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfy and Aaron generously left coffee pods and a bottle of wine! i needed to call because I couldn't figure out the key pad and he answered immediately and patiently walked me through. We loved the neighborhood - so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. A really wonderful stay!

Girls weekend

This was a great spot to get time away together. The place was super cute, Aaron was flexible, helpful and easy to reach. Location was great, parking was a bit tricky at times. Great to have a porch. Can’t go wrong staying here! Great host.

The Best Front Porch

From the moment we opened the door we felt at home.The We were able to walk around the neighborhood and the best part was sitting on the front porch just enjoying the day.inside is beautifully designed and upgraded in the kitchen.

Best rental ever

We traveled 4 states and 4 rentals. This house is by-far the largest and best yet. Very clean, larger than expected, amazing communications with landlord when we locked ourselves out, and it was late night. We will definitely staystay here again

Nice Buffalo apartment

This is a really nice property on a quiet street, which served as a great place to relax and take a break between exploring Buffalo and the surrounding area. Upstairs tenants are quiet, and the apartment was very clean and ready for us.
