Located in Buffalo, this building is a dream. No expense was spared when this commercial property was renovated into a second floor two bedroom and one bathroom apartment in a gated property three blocks away from Olmsted Parkway and Elmwood Village (voted One of America's 10 Best Neighborhoods!)

After a day of exploring, relax in front of the fireplace, make a drink at the bar (BYOB), or gather your family around the large fully stocked modern gourmet kitchen island to share the fun of the day and plan your next adventure. End the night relaxing on the balcony. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a full-size sofa bed and futon tucked into corners of the main living space. Sleeps 7.

I stayed here for a trip to Buffalo for the Bills–Jets game with three good friends and had an amazing experience. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way — it was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The gated property made us feel safe and added an extra level of convenience.John was a fantastic host: super helpful, responsive, and always available when we had questions. Everything about the stay was smooth and stress-free, which let us fully enjoy the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend

We came up for the bucs vs bills game. John was a great host even went out of his way and put out some Bills items around the living room. His place was spacious and clean. A plus was the parking area in a gated driveway and plenty of bars/restaurants & shopping within 3-4 blocks. Would definitely stay here again G

Very comfortable place. John was easy to communicate with and getting in was simple. Beds were comfy and living area is just like the pictures. Played some music over the Sonos soundbar, then was pleasantly surprised to hear the music thru the ceiling speakers too. Really appreciated the coffee pods. Wish we could have made use of the bar, but the place was a short ride to so many things to do, we just didn’t have time. Would stay again next time we’re in town for sure.

John's condo was the best place we have ever stayed in on the VRBO site! There is no other words to describe this other than STELLAR AND OPULENT"! The kitchen was truly a chef's kitchen, which included everything we needed for our stay! The two bedrooms that were offered were so very comfortable. The TVs were phenomenal and were placed everywhere for your viewing. He had a most fabulous bar and the lighting in the living room area was fantastic! This truly was a masterpiece that John had created! John was the most friendliest, gracious and gregarious host! We will absolutely return and stay in this most beautiful place we have found on VRBO!Kato & Darcy B

Our stay at this property was exceptional! John was a warm, welcoming, and responsive host. We love the fact that we had 2 secure parking spots instead of having to find street parking. This also made it easy to unload and load our cars.The property is such a fun space. We played with the lighting (setting whatever mood we desired), enjoyed the balcony, lounged on the comfy couches and oversized chair, listened to music through the sound bar, enjoyed shows and movies from the many options available to us on the TVs, sipped on coffee made with the Keurig, and slept on comfortable beds. It was such a treat to cook on the gas stove. The cookware was in pristine condition. We had everything we needed to make and store our food. We spent a good amount of time talking and laughing while sitting on the lovely stools at the breakfast bar. We wished we could have used the bar area, but that wasn’t part of our plans for this trip. Everything was clean and well-presented. We had more than enough towels and wash clothes, and there were plenty of toiletries if anyone forgot something. John apologized about the chips in the bathtub (which he will be replacing), but that did not diminish the top tier experience we had staying there. We will DEFINITELY book this property again whenever we come to Buffalo!! This was a perfect location for easily getting everywhere we needed to go.Unfortunately, we did not take pictures, but we did FaceTime people to show them the space!

We had such a great time — the apartment was cozy, relaxing, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was just as described, and it felt like a home away from home. One tip: Ubers and food delivery apps will get confused by the address, so be sure to follow John’s helpful instructions. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d happily come back again!

Can't say enough good things about this place! We loved our stay, and every night in Buffalo we looked forward to coming back to the apartment. John was very accommodating and did a fantastic job with remodeling the unit. The ambient/recessed lighting was on point. The kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors were high quality. No detail was spared. He also was very thoughtful in the items he made available to guests: personal care items like hair dryers, face towels, bath towels, baby wipes, etc. He left clean beer glasses in the freezer. There is a smart TV in the kitchen, and in both bedrooms. The smart TV in the living room has a Sonos Arc soundbar with surround sound and comes equipped with Netflix, YouTube, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Buffalo.

Family Visit

There aren’t enough stars to give John about our stay. Super clean and very nice decor. Nicer than most 5 star hotels z The outside seating and grill was a nice touch. My new and only place to stay when I come back to Buffalo. Thanks John for a great stay and accommodations.

Best stay in buffalo

We stayed the first week of July 2025 to visit family with my 3 year old son, husband and mom. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and would not hesitate to stay again. Our host John, was incredible. He was very responsive. We had a few impromptu minor hiccups, and he immediately resolved any issues. He was extremely accommodating to my requests, especially when checking in and checking out. The home is newly renovated, very clean and quiet. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped with anything you would need to make a meal. The beds are comfortable as were the couches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again John! 10/10.

Amazing gem in the middle of everything!

First of all, shout out to John for being such a kind and amazing host. He was very friendly and responsive.The space is such a gem in the heart of the city in a diverse neighborhood! It's really beautiful, well crafted, and well taken care of. If you're coming to Buffalo for any occasion and need a place to stay, I definitely recommend it. It was also very clean. I will definitely come back here to stay.
