Family oriented neighborhood with sidewalks for safe walking.

All guests will be sent a registration form after booking. Registration form is required or reservations will be cancelled.

We are pet friendly and welcome up to 2 dogs with each stay. Additional dogs must be approved prior to arrival.
Dogs must be house trained and are not allowed on furniture. If left unattended dogs need to be crated.

We enjoyed our stay at Christmastime, especially since we could bring our dog. There is a great fenced in yard and the house is well equipped. Annmarie was very quick with responses when I contacted her and checkin was a breeze. She had some thoughtful added extras which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I have stayed here with family and it met all of our needs. There was a coffee maker and filters provided, but only instant coffee packets. I recommend ground coffee to be provided in the future. Enjoyed the stay.

Great stay with our pups

Nicely set up house with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Some furnishings dated, however comfortable. Well appointed kitchen and great yard for dogs to play. Would be great if fully fenced. We would stay here again!

Comfortable and great location

We were in Buffalo for a wedding. Everything was conveniently located near this property. We all slept well and we thought the mattresses were comfortable. It was a short, busy stay and this home worked out great. Owner was extremely helpful.

Family meet up

House was perfect for our needs, if you plan to prepare meals there for a crowd kitchen is super accommodating, well stocked with cookware. Backyard was quiet and private for hanging out in the evenings. House is dated but clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for our stay!

Cute house with everything you need

The house was in a nice neighborhood very conveniently located in relation to stores, restaurants, parks, and Niagara Falls. It was very pet friendly (just not fully fenced, which was noted) and had everything you could need including games for entertainment. The host also had some snacks that were provided which was so nice! I would totally stay here again!

Nice little house

We stayed for a few days while we dropped off our daughter at UB. We brought the dog, so we could all say goodbye and the accommodations were great for all of us. Our dog loved the doggy bed. Not too far from anything and the house was nicely equipped, with snacks for our arrival. Thanks!

OK Property

All the amenities in cottage like setting. Carpet had many stains, owner notified upon our arrival, and owner filed claim against us even though she was notified.

Upon your arrival we received an email saying that you had found a spot on the carpet located next to the kitchen entrance. As I had mentioned to you, we had done a walk-through of the property prior to your arrival and did not notice any stains, but offered to send the cleaner back to assess and clean any spots you were seeing. At your request we did not. After your check out, my cleaner and I did a walk through the property and were not able to find the stain that you reported. However, we did find major stains left by your party required extensive cleaning, in different areas than you reported. The cleaning company stated it appears animals were allowed to defecate on the carpet. House rules that you agreed to prior to your stay require all animals to be house trained, which is why your property damage insurance policy was charged (not you) for the mess left behind by your party.

Excellent Layout & Dog Friendly House

This was my first rental, but my friend is experienced in them and said I will be disappointed in other houses since this was as close to perfect as possible for us and our K9s. Loved the ranch layout, large rooms (fit 2 large dog crates in with lots of space to spare in main bedroom), large bathroom w/plenty of counter space. An older house but all well done with everything you could need. Super responsive owner when we had a minor door issue upon check in that she had fixed immediately. Back yard is 90% fenced in (wished that last short section was too) but had a sliding door to patio w/seating and grass yard access. Nice, safe neighborhood - with incredibly friendly neighbors! That surprised us. We were gone all day until we came back to sleep so didn't use the tv, but ample seating in living room. Also had laundry washer/dryer available. Kitchen was fully stocked with basic glasses/plates/utensils needed, and has a dishwasher. Close to good food options, main roads to towns. Our seminar event was held at different locations each day and this house was close to all of the towns we went to, including downtown. We made sure the host search K9 team knew of this Vrbo house to be able to recommend to others that come to the Buffalo area. Highly recommend it!
